사진은 그대로인데 포함사항이 다르니 참고하세요. 세면도구없습니다.세면대에 손비누만 있어요. 이불은 거위,오리털없구요. 홑겹이불있습니다. 웰컴드링크는 인포언니말에 의하면 자기가 일한 몇년동안 줘본적이 없다네요. ㅎㅎㅎ 다른 호텔예약사이트에도 같은 조건이던데 세부확인은 어디서 누가하는건지 모르겠어요. 여튼 이 콘도호텔은 무지 아담하지만 단지는 아주 넓고 각 호텔 빌라 상가등등이 많이 있고 단지밖 큰길에는 chedraui라는 큰 슈퍼가있어서 주방이용해서 요리해먹기 좋아요. 수영장은 아이들과 놀기 딱좋은 깊이와 크기여요.카약은 무료로 빌려주는데 타고 해변도 갈수있어 좋아요. 좀 낡은 숙소지만 침대도 침대보도 깨끗하고 가구도 사용하기 딱 좋구요. 저흰 방에 전구가 안들어와서 얘기하고 2층에서 1층으로 방을 바꿨는데 수영장하고 바로 연결되고 주차도 문앞에 바로하니 큰트렁크옮기기도 수훨했어요. 근처에 이만한 조건과 금액의 숙소는 없었기에 가성비 갑이였다 말할수있겠어요. 인포에 carla maya는 진짜 친절하게 안내해주니 큰 불편함없이 있다 가요.

Clean and comfortable with a great little porch with chairs , comfy king bed and a 4 chair kitchen table. We had a small issue with the TV remote that was quickly resolved. Great relaxing pool area with newer lounge chairs. Almost all condos overlook the pool. Check in hostess and PM Alexandria was terrific and even helped us with a Lavanderia and golf cart rental.

Está muy cómodo ya que puedes estacionar tu carro afuera del departamento, tiene una caleta muy bonita.

We stayed here again after coming two years ago. There is so much potential for this property to be a reliable place to stay, and while some things were better there are some things that arent as good.

Love the easy access to the unit,plenty of parking space,unit very clean.

If you plan on NOT being in the unit very much, it's fine. The bare minimum of bare minimum. Nothing was bad, just wasn't good either. Honestly felt more like motel than a condo unit.

Overall great place to stay.

They seemed to be in the process of doing some repairs on the outside of the building. It was kinda noisy during the day, but nothing too obnoxious. The worst part of the stay was how uncomfortable the beds were. They also have some pretty strict rules about not being in the common areas after 8pm. I wouldn’t choose this property again.

The property was suitable for sleeping and luckily that is all we intended to use it for. There were many things "out of order" like the outlet in the bathroom and the holes in the wall where a TV and cables were removed. The windows didn't lock and some other deferred maintenance. The pool always looked clean but we didn't use it. We didn't see anyone else in the pool either. There is no front desk or really a presence of employees at any time other than every other day towel service. All of the activities listed as "on site" really are more "in the town" of Puerto Aventuras and not specifically at or for the hotel. It has potential, but the feel is more like a condo building that has been deserted and new ownership may be trying to turn it into more of a rental opportunity. Not a bad place but not everything that is advertised.

Very welcoming, clean lovely place. The people that manage it and do the cleaning made us feel like family. Wonderful place to stay.

We had no hot water in the apartment we were originally given, but we were able to switch to a room that did have hot water. The manager, Oscar, was prompt, friendly, and effective in helping us with any problems we had with the room.
