숙소는 마음에 들었음 조식 매니저가 너무나도 친절했고 카운터 직원들도 항상 반겨주었음. 위치가 언덕에 있어서 외출할때 힘들었고 에어컨이 고정된 온도이어서 더웠음. 그외에는 모든것이 완벽한 숙소잉

호텔위치는 훌륭합니다. 관광지 접근도는 좋으면서 시끄럽지 않습니다. 다만 방청소가 완료된 상태인데도 바닥에 먼지가 굴러다닙니다.

위치가 좋고 주변환경이 안전합니다. 조식도 퀄리티가 좋아요 가지수는 적지만 알차게 맛난것만 있어요 매일 카푸치노마셨는데 디게 좋았어요 큰 느낌 호텔은 아닌데 청결하고 친절하고 위치가 대박입니다. 한국분들 많이 안묵으시는 곳 같은데 추천해요.

위치도 훌륭하고, 객실 화장실 넓고 좋아요! 아침에 나갈때, 오후에 돌아올때 친절히 맞아주어 기분 좋았습니다. 서비스라며 접시에 한가득 담아주신 체리 잘 먹었습니다:)

The hotel was in an excellent location, just above the Spanish Steps. The staff was EXCELLENT. The room was very clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Breakfast was included which had many delicious options. Walking distance to many of the most popular sites. Many excellent restaurants nearby.

It was a nice hotel. Lobby bar is very small. The hotel has a dark colour scheme and is dimly lit, which was a bit too dark for me. Breakfast was ok. Would like to see fresh juices but they were shop bought. There is no restaurant in the hotel but restaurants are within walking distance. All in all, it was ok.

Rooms were clean and the staffing we encountered were pleasant!

This property is outstanding and the staff were very professional and super helpful. I would stay here again. The only slight down for me was the breakfast buffet which got a bit dull by day 2. However, that is the case with many all inclusive hotels. This is not enough for me to say my experience was not great. Overall very pleased!

Le personnel est très agréable, les chambres spacieuses et vraiment propres. La localisation de l’hôtel est parfaitement adaptée pour visiter la ville.

Everything was great. The staff in front desk was very nice. And room was clean. Good location to explore all the main place. The only thing was extremely hot in the room.

This is a great hotel. The location was very central to all of landmarks, walking distance to Spanish steps, metro and Travi fountain. The staff made our stay so special. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day and it was included. The room was spacious and modern.

Hotel was very nice. Clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful to book tuk tuk and dinner reservations

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de la chambre, à la fois confortable, bien entretenue et parfaitement équipée. La literie était excellente et nous a permis de profiter d’un véritable repos après nos journées de visite à Rome. Le personnel a également largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour : accueillant, disponible et toujours prêt à nous conseiller sur les incontournables de la ville. Enfin, l’emplacement de l’établissement, idéalement situé, a rendu nos déplacements très simples et agréables. Dans l’ensemble, tout a été réuni pour nous offrir une expérience très positive.

The room was lovely, comfortable and immaculately clean. The front desk staff could not have been more courteous, considerate and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the wonderful selection of fresh, delicious options at breakfast. The breakfast room was cozy and inviting and the kitchen staff was knowledgeable, friendly and prompt!

Deluxe rooms were very spacious and did the job perfectly. Breakfast was great and then staff all round were very helpful and knowledgeable. Some nIce places to eat near the hotel and only a short walk to the metro. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you all.
