Good property

Very clean and spacious apartment rooms. Right on the shopping centers doorstep. Food very expensive. Opted for cooking in the room instead of dining in the evenings. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice. Plenty of food and drink venues in the shopping center or on "the street" lots of different cuisines. Staff were very helpful, and eager to please. Offered to take my bags to the room for me, and provided a space to hold luggage until check in, and after check out until my train time. Would definatly stay again, even though it was very pricey. Do not recommend during a heatwave however, even with air con on in the room, it was still 28°. Very helpful that there is a massive shower to help keep cool.

The rooms were spacious and had everything for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice. It is in the middle of shops, restaurants and bars. Very convenient location.

Room we should have had that I booked last year had been given to someone else so we ended up being put in the Hyatt regency but we did originally book a park view and larger room which this one wasn’t but had to pay same amount. Very clean and helpful staff.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was allocated the wrong room despite specifically booking and paying for a room with a kitchenette. When I raised this with reception, I was initially told that I had been given the correct room. However, after showing my booking confirmation, staff acknowledged that an error had been made and that I had in fact been placed in the wrong room. I was then informed that the hotel was fully booked and that I would need to remain in the incorrect room for one night before moving to the room I had originally reserved the following day. This was unacceptable, as the primary reason I booked this particular room was to make use of the kitchenette facilities. By placing me in a standard room without these facilities, the hotel failed to provide the accommodation I had paid for. I explained that I was not receiving the service and amenities advertised and purchased, and therefore expected to be reimbursed for the difference in room type. Furthermore, as I was unable to prepare my own meals due to the lack of kitchenette facilities, I requested that the cost of my evening meal be covered by the hotel. What made the situation even more frustrating was that approximately one hour later, the hotel was suddenly able to move me into the correct room after all. This directly contradicted the earlier explanation that the hotel was fully booked and that no suitable rooms were available until the following day. Th

Sehr gute Lage in einem riesigen modernen Einkaufszentrum mit sehr guter Anbindung, sehr gute Ausstattung der geräumigen Zimmer mit einem Küchenbereich zum Selberkochen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig und gut, kein Schlangestehen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Einziges Manko in unserem Zimmer war die Lautstärke der Klimaanlage, auch die eine oder andere Fuge im Bad könnte neu verfugt werden.

Really nice hotel in a safe and convenient location. Staff really helpful, and bar felt welcoming even though we were causally dressed. The included breakfast was a big bonus and was actually decent quality. Will definitely be back.
