Kid's room wasn't and it should be. Even like biljardi table or something like that. Dinner i found something hard stick inside my desert. I tell it to waitress after that no-one come apologise that situation or even tell about what it was...

El hotel esta bien ubicado cerca de la playa, cuando nos asignaron la habitación, todo parecia correcto hasta que nos dimos cuenta que la television no funcionaba y la ducha dejaba la habitación llena de agua, por otro lado al Ser un todo incluido 0,0 eso quiere decir que no sirven "SIN PAGAR" bebidas alcohólicas excepto en las comidas y cenas que sirven vino y cerveza, no es un todo incluido como se conocen ya que esta muy limitado

Accessible easily by bus and close to the sea. Many shops around in case you need something.

Dejligt hotel tæt på flot sandstrand. Mange tilbud på hotellet, pools, spa, fittnes, indendørs pool, gode solvogne og venligt personale. Maden lidt ensformig. Var dog mange yngre gæster, som kom for at drikke i byen og noget larm.

Das Essen war eine Katastrophe. Nur fettiges billiges Zeug, so das wir ein paarmal auf das Essen verzichtet haben. Wein war saure Brühe. Kaffee war eigentlich eher Tee ( so dünn) Coca Cola war auf gar keinen Fall original. Die Zimmer waren heruntergekommen. Couch mit braunen Flecken und Brandloch. Matratze war durchgelegen. Schimmel in der Dusche. Von der Puzfrau oder der Dame die vorher in dem Zimmer war, überall Haare.

Das Hotel hat uns völlig überzeugt. Wir hatten Vollpension gebucht. Das Hotel war extrem sauber das Hotel Hotelpersonal freundlich und sehr engagiert. Das Essen war herausragend und immer frisch die Auswahl sehr groß. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gab eigentlich fast rund um die Uhr immer irgendwo etwas zum Essen, ebenso wie Getränke. Das Hotel war ausgebucht, und trotzdem war es schön, ruhig, kein Lärm vom Ballermann zu hören. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Good hotel, very friendly staff, good food, great location 10min from the airport and 1min walk to the beach. We had a good time as a family with an infant but I don't think this hotel should be advertised as a good choice for families. It is located right in the middle of the German party area and it is noisy but bearable now thay it is off season in late October. In high season this is not an area for families to be at all, great groups that don't minding the side effects of being in the epicenter of the German party area. Plenty of restaurants and clubs around.

Wieder ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, super Service, abwechslungsreiches Buffet, super freundliches, kooperatives Personal, super Service. Also: rundum zufrieden

Essen war überragend

Die Unterkunft war grundsätzlich sehr gut bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Daher nur vier Sterne. Das Service Personal ist äußerst nett. Auch zu Familien sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist optimal in El Arenal. Auch das Buffet kann sich optisch aber auch geschmacklich sehen lassen. Es gibt reichlich und das Essen wechselt täglich. Dadurch ist es sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir waren im Nebengebäude. Hier ist die Wahl der Fliesen etwas ungünstig. Der Boden wirkt speckig und fühlt sich beim darauf laufen auch so an. Dies betraf das Zimmer wie auch den Flur. Außerdem hat man an manchen Stellen bei genaueren hinsehen ferner bemerkt dass die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das mit dem all inklusive war des Weiteren ein Thema. Durch die besonderen Regelungen in el arenal ist nicht immer alles an Getränken verfügbar (Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts). Zudem war zum Frühstück nur Kaffee dabei. Um z.b. einen Cappuccino zu bekommen musste man zum Automaten im Bar Bereich, also etwas umständlich. Vielleicht noch ein paar Worte zu den Pools. Die drei getesteten Pools und der Spa waren gepflegt und jeder Pool bot dem Gast eine Besonderheit (Poolbar, Kinderbereich etc). Ein Bademeister war auch stets im Reichweite. Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Zeit da und können das Hotel empfehlen.

The hotel room needed some TLC. The toilet flush and bathroom handle broke during our stay and there was mould growing on the ceiling above my bed which needed cleaning (there appeared to be a damp issue). The staff were very friendly and there was plenty of food choice.

L’établissement est parfait. Prestation culinaire au top, calme avec piscines et chambres excellentes Il est situé à 12 kms de Palma, des bus passent régulièrement pour se déplacer pour la somme de 2€/personnes. Malheureusement les rues autour de l’hôtel ne sont pas à notre attente, bars pour les Allemands qui sont dans esprit festif bruyant (chants, cris etc ..)

Buona pulizia.. Colazione ottima.. Un pò meno pranzo e cena .. I dolci lasciano a desiderare..Mancanza di lingua italiana nei cartellini del cibo peccato visto che ci sono molti turisti italiani..

Great hotel ! Very convenient to everything, very friendly staff and very helpful in all requirements! Very clean ! Delicious breakfast with variety of food, lunch and dinner are okay, and there is lots of great restaurants around. Beach is just 5 minutes walk. Very affordable price. Alcoholic beverages at the bar also at very affordable prices. We loved our stay there ! Thank you very much for great service, we had amazing time.

The good: Hosts were nice, took their time to explain questions and staff at the hotel were very nice. For all inclusive, I thought the food was great, really cant complain, I mean lets be honest you wont see lobsters or caviar but there was one night where they served shrimp, which was amazing. I saw some bad reviews about alcohol, so beer and wine is included only during lunch and dinner and there is a limit though I never had anyone questioning why Im on my 6th beer glass. Hotel is in quiet area and we slept well. The bad: I think the rule with towels is the dumbest rule. When you take a towel or towels, you have to give 10 euros for each towel and they will provide a receipt. When you return towels, they will give you back cash with a receipt, we took 5 towels and of course I lost one of the receipts though they were going through Copies and did not find in their records either, just a silly system, should really be charged to the room instead of tickets, felt like we were living in the 80s. The main issue though is they provide exchange of fresh towels only next day in the morning so if you went to the beach or were at the pool and want a fresh towel you have to wait till morning. Im sorry but this is the dumbest rule, this did not sit well with my wife and they exchanged it on the spot but I think they should really rethink this policy.

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable. Le personnel est charmant. Je regrette seulement de ne pas avoir pu goûter davantage de cuisine espagnole.
