너무나도 멋진 장소였고, 서비스 좋은 직원들과, 좋은 시설,로 매우 좋았습니다. 한가지 아쉬운점은, 기본 물품이 빈약합니다.

We would not return to this hotel. After arriving on Saturday, I began vomiting on Tuesday and my partner on Wednesday. We talked with other guests that were also sick after eating at the hotel restaurants. Having now searched for instances of food poisoning at this hotel, we can see this wasn’t an uncommon experience. Most of the buffet food is bland and some of it horrible, tasting genuinely off or unpleasant. The food is poorly labelled, with dishes under the wrong stickers or stickers missing. As a vegetarian, there aren’t many options - when I chose a cheese salad, it turned out to have some kind of squid in it. After asking a waiter, who asked a chef, they directed me to another salad, which had pieces of chicken in it. Some of the staff are lovely and friendly, but others are very grumpy and make you feel like you are an inconvenience. Our room was cleaned well but the rooms are dated and in need of renovation - there is mould in the bathrooms and a slight smell of damp. The private beach is a small area combed back from a stony beach with lots of plastic and (friendly but slightly concerning) stray dogs. The grounds of the resort itself are beautiful and the pools are lovely to swim and lounge by.

The resort is real nice and the people working there and a nice evening lounge with music in lobby area. However , “The Spa” place on the hotel is horrible; the staff argue, do not understand own price list, forget the appointments with their customers. Also inside gift shop refuse to take visa card and do not seem to want to sell. It is stronger advice to get new partners . Nous avons apprécié le cadre qui est magnifique. Cependant la qualité de la cuisine est médiocre produit froid, mal cuit et sans goût étonnant pour le Maroc. Le personnel est assez froid et peu disponible. Il a fallu passer 3 fois dans la même journée à l'accueil pour nous remplir le minibar qui devait être rempli tous les deux jours. Les animations ne sont pas très variés. Toutefois le personnel d'animation est adorable tout particulièrement le kids club.

Les points à améliorer sont au niveau de la restauration : - Les buffets ne sont pas réapprovisionnés jusqu'à la fin du service, surtout au niveau de la viande. - Une sectorisation de la grande salle de restaurant le rendrait moins bruyant. - Le service au bar est à améliorer. Le client n'as pas à subir les tensions de l'équipe !

J’ai tout apprécié le personnel, la chambre vue mer, les équipements il y avait quelques animations en plus félicitations à toute l’équipe ils font un travail formidable.

The resort is very good, true to their (4*), friendly staff, excellent buffets style meals (only, even on their themed restaurants), basic variety of local alcohol drinks and surprisingly good wine for an all inclusive. Large rooms (must take oceanview), clean and well maintained. The site itself is very well maintained especially the grounds and pools. As for the entertainment, that’s another story,,, I would say, fair at best. The animators are all kind and very young, almost a high school variety show… and yet we watched them all, well most of the shows, a few walkouts,,, they only last 30 minutes, so… judge for yourself!!!

Personnel insuffisant au resto. Très peu de service même Dans les restos à la carte. Activités sur le sites pitoyables( très amateurs). Si vous êtes allergique au chat, vous abstenir l’odeur d’urine de chat est partout sur les chaises du site ( on se croirait dans une litière .

Le site est propre et bien aménagé, seul petit problème la senteur de l’urine des chats dans le grande salle commune.

Spacious room, great pools and fantastic facilities for young children (pool, playground, indoor playing area and even a painting area). We were unfortunately not impressed by the food but at least there was a wide variety and you could also find something nice. The Moroccan restaurant was the best of the options.

Staff were great. Always there to help and making your stay wholesome. The rooms and amenities were lacking. Not a great toilet.
