Single beds were not good. No ambience or music by pool Not seated to table which was disappointing

This was a 5 star hotel with 5 star prices. I chose the hotel as it had 3 restaurants but when we checked we were informed that the was no space in the restaurants only in the buffet. We had half board. That was poor for a 5 *. Buffet was ok if you like that way of having dinner. We were unlucky that it was cold in the canary island and very windy. The room had no heating system and they provided a small electric heater. I was surprised not to have a heating possibility even here. The staff was very friendly and could not do enough. Nice big rooms and beautiful swimming pools. Some parts of the hotel need upgrading to maintain the 5* status and keep the prices. It was not good value for money.

Me cobraron 400 euros por mi hijo porque la aplicación de hoteles.com no puso bien la edad y el hotel me cobró esa cantidad por el cambio de un bebé ( que venía por defecto) y un menos de 14 años. 400 euros por 4 noches. Tengo la factura

Sería un hotel seis estrellas si viésemos cómo tratan a sus empleados en un punto concreto que es la lucha entre el calor nfernal que pasan debido a su uniformeven la piscina y uniforme uuniforme en la piscina

If you come to this resort you will come back over and over again, the food is superb, the staff is what will bring you back! From the gardening crew (Andres) that will great you every time you walk by to the amazing team of Restaurant managers Carrera, Germano, Patrik, Felix, and Herrera and our superb server Manolo, you became friends. You feel so sad to leave that you have to return to be pampered again! Amazing management. My housekeeper Rosario, I wish I could take her with me! They change your towels 2 times a day and will make your bed if you had a nap in the afternoon! Really amazing

No se puede pedir más, todo fenomenal

Ci sarebbero molte cose da dire e sono sicuro che se sto ad elencarle tutte, la mia recensione passerebbe inosservata perché noiosa e lunga. Dico che non capisco con che metro di giudizio sono state conferite le 5 stelle. Ci sono tante mancanze perché si possa definire un 5 stelle, la più semplice che mi viene da citare è che nemmeno l'acqua è compresa con la già discutibile scelta della mezza pensione ''forzata''. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo assolutamente inadeguato.

Muy recomendable para vacaciones con niños. El personal es muy amable y te ayudan en todo. Volveremos seguro!

Beautiful complex could not fault it in any way, maybe if I had one criticism it would be the hotel caters for a slightly older person bet that’s it food staff & grounds were all amazing.

Es un hotel demasiado tranquilo, sin ningún tipo de animación en la piscina.La calidad del buffet y el personal maravilloso, pero para ir con niños no es muy acertado.

Impressive lobby Nice garden with pools Very good dinner buffet Average breakfast buffet Not bad rooms but like any B&B or 3 star hotel Apart of the lobby and the dinner buffet presentation nothing else can reminds you are in a real 5 star hotel. The high cost is mutch higher than the hotel services. If the only you are looking is to relax around the pool you can do it with less money in many other hotels in the area The staff is always friendly but the hotel needs improvements. This isn't a hotel for 5 stars

Altamente recomendable para unas vacaciones de descanso. A destacar la calidad (y cantidad) del buffet: MUY muy bueno. Pero sobretodo la atención personalizada y amable de todo el personal: que es MARAVILLOSA. En el buffet la amabilidad y gran profesionalidad de Elías y Roberto lo hacen tan estupendo, que hasta anulamos las reservas de restaurantes a la carta😅 (que seguro serán fantásticos también). Las 2 piscinas "adults only" son un remansito de paz, y Romero te hará pasar un buen rato siempre y sirve las mejores consumiciones de la piscina 😉. En recepción extrema amabilidad también con Elena y todo el equipo
