Excellent stay – truly exceptional service! We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay – they truly did everything and more! We will definitely come back. The all-inclusive experience was absolutely lovely, and relaxing by the pool was just perfect. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, making it easy to get some work done as well. Our room was spacious, the beds were extra wide and super comfortable, and even the extra bed was large and cozy. The air conditioning was easy to adjust, and the rooms were very quiet. All in all, everything was just perfect – beautiful surroundings and the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday!

Todo ok, podria mejorar la calidad de la comida. Y reforzar la merienda, patitas de pollo y papas fritas secas. El cafe de filtro en el desayuno le saca categoria. Las gaseosas de maquina, igual que los jugos. Ni por casualidas se ve jamon serrano, siendo España. Es lo mas flojo que tiene el hotel. Utilizan un gel como shampoo, acondicionador y gel de ducha, es todo lo mismo. Mantienen abierto un bar por si queres algun refresco durante la noche, pero podrian dejar una botella de agua de cortesia en el frigobar para no tener que bajar.

Lovely hotel

Very disappinted. It said it was All Inclusive. It's a lie. Alcoholic drinks are not included, only at dinner and you only get a beer or wine. Nowhere in the world do they say All Inclusive and not serve alcoholic drinks. Nowhere! I paid extra for that service. I would have gone somewhere else. It's agai at trading standards and very misleading advertising. It even says All Inclusive at the bar which is isnt!

Globalement le service, la propreté, et l'hôtel en lui-même était correct; En revanche une grande déception concernant les repas. Pas très raffinés et souvent la même chose. Quel dommage. Et surtout le restaurant en face de la réception nous y sommes allés deux fois et après avons abandonné cet endroit.

Love the all inclusive option

Tout était parfait! Seul point négatif, j'avais envoyé un message pour demander un transfert avant notre arrivée et je n'ai pas eu de réponse.

Sehr modernes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Super Lage zum Weggehen, trotzdem ruhig.

Personnellement c'est de l'arnaque, le all Inclusiv n'est en fait pas tout inclus, les boissons alcolisées sont payantes. Le monsieur de l'accueil arrogant.
