Spazi grandi e bene organizzati. Piscine immerse in un bel parco e direttamente fronte mare. Personale molto attento efficiente e gentile.

Positif : Bel hôtel bien placé, piscine propre et agréable, nombre de transats suffisants, jardins bien entretenus et beaux, parking gratuit et sécurisé, restauration copieuse et variée, personnel très serviable, belle vue depuis le restaurant, animations du soir soft mais de qualité, plage très proche et promenade du bord de mer agréable notamment pour les couchers de soleil. Négatif: le nom de palace est presomptueux, pas un 5 étoiles, chambre envahie de cafards et poissons d’argent, pas de chaussons, pas de coton tige ni brosse à dents, murs des couloirs mériteraient d’être repeints, porte des chambres en piteux états, bruits de chariots de ménage dès 8h du matin, la vue des chambres est variable selon le positionnement pour un prix identique. Difficile d’avoir de la glace au bar ou au restaurant. Plage très moyenne sable noir et eau pas très propre.

Hôtel bien placé et vue incroyable. Seul bémol : la nourriture n’était pas incroyable mais le buffet était varié chaque jour.

Très bel hôtel, avec des jardins vraiment magnifiques et une proximité très agréable avec la plage et la promenade en bord de mer. Chambre très belle également. Seuls petits bémols : la vue de ma chambre était moyenne et, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, l’absence de vraie machine à café et de pantoufles est un peu dommage. Il n’y avait également ni bureau ni chaise dans la chambre, ce qui est assez handicapant lorsqu’on a besoin de travailler un peu. Sinon, le reste était très bien.

We had a sea view room.The cleaning staff were excellent,as were the whole of the staff.The pools wer e similarly excellent and very well kept ,clean and tidy.Our room was of a very good size,particularly if you compare it to other hotels

This is a large hotel with a lot of guests. Mostly this is managed very well, but does cause a feeling sometimes of being in a holiday camp. Mealtimes particularly. The staff are good and service they offer is courteous and prompt. The Wi-Fi, especially outdoors is good connection, but a bit slow. The a/c in our room was quite noisy. Fortunately we were able to turn it off when sleeping as it is February.

Excellent staff. Very good position in Costa Adeje. Good food. Pool area very well maintained and communal areas generally excellent. Reasonably priced pool bar for lunch/coffee/ beers. Overall a good hotel and the best we’ve stayed in at Costa Adeje. Minor quibbles: the gym was small and fairly limited equipment, no tennis courts etc which some would expect at a 5 star hotel. The perennial problem of beds being reserved by people in the middle of the night was annoying but difficult for the hotel to address. The towels in the room are thin and not what you’d expect in a 5 star hotel but these are minor points.

This hotel (unlike many other hotels is this area) is located right next to the beach. But what is really unique is that this beach is very well protected from the waves which are quite strong sometimes. While many other neighbour beaches were closed ours was open. So in addition to the swimming pools in the hotel we were able to swim every day in the ocean. We also liked that hotel that hotel is located in a quiet, not crowded, corner of Costa Adeje but one can find restaurants and shops in 10-15 min walk along the beach.

Hotel RIU PALACE . The best Tenerife.

The dinner menu was excellent with great alternatives, as was with the breakfast menu. Only problem is a general one of hotels in Spain of them not knowing how to cook bacon.

Great location by the sea , fantastic grounds and staff . The room itself was a bit tardy and hadn't been maintained to a standard id expect for this hotel.

Nice hotel and grounds with good access to the boardwalk. We stayed at the RIU Arecas, the hotel immediately behind it. The RIU Palace is a good hotel if you want larger hotel gardens and boardwalk access for the elderly etc. However, if you don’t mind walking down a large flight of steps, the RIU Arecas is the same standard and had better food.

We went in with mild expectations as we have stayed at a Riu before and have an idea on what to expect. Overall, it was fine. Place was clean, staff were excellent - outside of the lady who checked us in and was not overly friendly and enjoyed saying “no” a lot. Cleaning staff and restaurant staff were 10/10. Breakfast was good, something we looked forward too but still could be improved. Buffet dinner was pretty bad. The rate we paid to include half board was absolutely not worth it after trying the buffet dinner. We ended up having dinners outside the resort because it was so bad. Also they charge you for water and pop etc which seems wildly unfair for such a large scale resort. The demographic is mostly 75 plus year olds and being in our 30’s, this was a bit of a shock. Overall, that was fine as they were very quiet! Next time we will stay elsewhere and look forward to eating more food off the resort. Not worth the money.

It’s probably been the best resort we’ve stayed. To resume everything in one word, we’d say IMPECABLE. Everything was just perfect, from the moment we entered the hotel lobby, to the rooms and all areas. Staff is simply incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurants were just amazing, and the food just delicious. We over indulged every day! The night shows were fantastic. The hotel location couldn’t be better, with the beach just literally 1 minute walk. Quite beach with a life saver post, black sand with pristine waters. We just want to specifically mention Monica, Linda and Ana at front desk; they answered every single of our, sometimes annoying, questions in patient and friendly manner. We were very sad when we left but looking forward to a second visit.

Excellent half board value. Food and staff were excellent.
