My trip to Kolkata with my son was great thanks to Jameson Inn Shiraz! Hotel facilities seemed a bit old but very clean and comfortable to stay for 5 nights.  Also, all staff members there were really nice, kind and very helpful so no complaints at all till we left.  Highly recommend this hotel to those who are looking for any good place to stay in Kolkata, especially for the people trying to volunteer at the Mother House like us as it takes about only 10 minutes on foot from hotel to Mother House. Again, thanks a lot Jameson Inn Shiraz for your kindness and making our trip so happy!!  Willing to stay again for sure when visit Kolkata someday in the future.

Siamton is conveniently located, and we stayed here a second time because last year we had a great experience. This time though our experience wasn't the same. The quality of the food was mediocre, owing to the fact that there was a new manager, and things were not as organized as they were last year. The staff at Siamton are approachable and approaching. Everyone welcomed us with a smile and was always there when we needed something done. Mufizur Rahman, one of the employees, was congenial, professional, and always treated us with respect and resolved any issues we had. He put our baggage in the cab and saw us off. We appreciated his warmth and professionalism. The hallways were a bit noisy, as guests talk on the phone while walking back and forth in them. Management should enforce rules of engagement more strictly. WiFi is inconsistent, unreliable, and erratic. If you need to do work on the computer and need stable Internet connectivity, Siamton falls short of providing it. Other than that, it is a decent place to stay and the price is competitive.

Booked the stay for my parents. They said it was perfect and staff were friendly. They had a morning flight. Staff accommodated early checkin as well.

If you would like a clean and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Kolkata, this is your place.

Overall decent hotel. Conveniently located for quick access to Park street, major shopping areas.

Wonderful property. Well maintained & the room was generous in size and all amenities were good bar the soap. Whoever is selling the soap to the property is selling them dud stuff. It just does not do anything. No suds at all. Room was not ready when I checked in after check in time but the wait was not as long as they said it would be. (Inside 20 minutes). Complimentary breakfast was good but needs to be topped up regularly. Location is good. The staff I interacted with were good too. i only stayed here a night but thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I shall keep this property in mind should I ever visit again & if the price is right.

the bed given was terrible and there was no extra charging point to charge your appliances, no bucket in the washroom. Washroom was dirty and not maintained at all, so won’t recommend people to stay there. not worth the price at all for such a small room and no amenities.

The hotel doesn't allow outside food to be delivered picked up which is a major drawback and it has monopoly to order from their own restaurant only. Also they dontclean rooms unless instructed.service was good though but not considered for a stay in future.

スタッフさんは丁寧な対応ですし、部屋はとても綺麗です。清潔感もあるし、シャワーもWi-Fiも全く問題無しです！朝食もとても美味しかったです！ インドではホテルから一歩外に出るとドキドキの世界が待っていますが、このホテルに入ると安心感がありました。
