호텔 직원이 친절하고 사라고사 중심 거리에 있어서 도보로 여행다니기 편리하지만 주차가 힘들고 호텔 실내가 매우 추웠음.

사라고사 올드타운에 있는 숙소를 원해서 이용했습니다. 냉장고가 없고 시설은 낡았지만 친철하고 지하 주차장이 있습니다.

시내 중심가라 접근성이 너무 좋았음. 주차장이 협소하여 차량를 갖고 가는 경우 1일 15유로 비용이 발생합니다.

한마디로... 퐌타스틱 했습니다. 직원분들 모두가 친절하고 위치도 관광하기 편하게 중심지에 있으며 객실 청결도가 말이 필요없습니다. 적극 추천해드리고 싶습니다

Good location in the old town. Very clean, comfy room. I didn't have any problem with noise.

Would never stay here again. thee room I was in, across from elevator but next to staircase, the elephants came trancing down every morning, So I was woken up at 0800 every day and the hotel turns off the AC when the maids start cleaning and theen back on when the maids are done cleaning. Sometimes it’s turned back on between 1330 and as late as 1530. Bathroom looks new but the shower head was broke and it was like standing under a water fall. I notified management when I checked out. We even had a water issue, toilet didn’t flush and the shower stopped, though I can’t blame that on the hotel, they think with all the construction a line was hit. BED so uncomfortable, small bed, pillow mush, and a very small TV. The staff was helpful. Plane arrived late so stayed in Madrid first night but called. hotel to advise them of what happened and NOT to cancel my reservation aand that I would arrive the next day instead. No up grade, and no waving of the cost for the 1st night either. The person that took the call from the hotel was nice and made sure the reservation was not cancelled. Very disappointing stay. Yes in the heart of the old town, and the building is old, but hotel should spend some money and bring it into the 22nd century or reduce rates.

Clean room and convenient location. The bathroom lighting was dark and the room blinds did not work. Would be nice to have a fridge and a fan in the room.

Stay with the parking is my first priority. Easy to walk around in the old town. Very convenient to visit and seeing the town. Great place for road trips.

Das Zimmer und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück hätte jedoch besser sein können.

Quarto muito antigo, travesseiros muito desconfortáveis. Localização muito boa. Equipe de atendimento atenciosa.

O quarto era limpo, porém o ar condicionado não estava sendo ligado. Ao ser questionada a recepção informou que o ar era central e não era ligado naquela época do ano e que eu esperasse umas duas horas que a temperatura do iria cair ao anoitecer. Fui orientada a abrir a janela. em relação ao café da manhã, era bom. Não havia frutas, mas era bem servido e dentro do esperado para um hotel 2 estrelas. A localização é excelente e o estacionamento fica bem ao lado, embora eu tenha tido dificuldade para achar o hotel. As ruas do centro são estreitas e muitas parecem ser calçada o que ficava confuso, mas o hotel não teve nada a ver com isso.
