Expectations were met and more. The staff are quick to assist. I will never forget our stay in the suite room, it ' s like living in our own house. The food is good and clean. We will book again soon.

The stay was awesome. Ut was nit the first pick for a staycation but the service, amenities and staff was worth it. I usually don't go back to motor type hotels but Victoria Court change my mind will check in again next time.

Poor customer service for regular weekly customers.

They gave us a room that had water supply problems. They knew beforehand that the room had faulty water systems. We had to beg to be transferred rooms since they initially asked us to wait until another room becomes available.

i was no show as weather not so good and i wanted to avoid stranded at the flooded area of malate. i would appreciate if i can get credit or consider it re scheduled. thanks.

They gave me complimentary drink (in which I've never had in my stay in other hotels when I travelled in Philippines). Room is nice. Their lechon rice bowl was good

Average hotel in terms of service. I stayed for a business trip, hence i stayed a lot outside. But great food though. The springs on the bed is quite noisy and the pillows are to soft and results to my nape pain.

They gave us a smaller room than before. The shower area in the first room flooded so we requested to be transferred to a different room,unfortunately it is much smaller,there's no dining space, no closet,no floor mat, the bed and the pillow is uncomfortable as well and there is no remote for the air con so you need to stand to set up the settings.
