Never again

Purtroppo al mio arrivo mi hanno assegnato una camera che non era quella scelta nella mia prenotazione. La cosa più seccante è che mi sono accorto io e non mi è stato segnalato il problema dall’hotel. Fortunatamente ho trovato persone alla reception molto cordiali che mi hanno aiutato ed hanno risolto il problema. Il punto di forza della struttura è sicuramente la colazione mente le camere sono rimaste agli anni Novanta.

Nós ficamos 4 dias durante o inverno e foi maravilhoso. O quarto tem aquecimento central, então nessa época ficou muito confortável, a cama muito boa, banheiro sempre limpo, água do chuveiro ia de super quente a super fria, então atende todos os gostos. Estavamos de carro e o fato de terem estacionamento próprio gratuito foi ótimo. O atendimento de todos desde o check in ate o check out foi impecável, muito gentis. Recomendamos com certeza e voltaríamos.

L'hotel ha i suoi anni ma offre una buona sistemazione piuttosto economica e in una posizione al centro di tutto ciò che c'è da vedere in Toscana. Se fosse rimodernato, sarebbe ottimo.

The hotel was good value for the price. The room was clean. The hotel is in a good, safe area. The A/C was able to keep up with the 98F temps outside. Check in was easy. The breakfast was very good. Parking is a little tricky but not to bad. The only issues we had with our room was the safe wouldnt work in one room even after they tried to fix it and there was no safe in our second room and the hot water in the shower would increase and decrease on its own. The beds and pillows were good. We would stay here again!

La struttura è veramente comoda per chi si deve operare nella clinica Siena laser eye ( come mio marito) perché si trova proprio dall altra parte della strada e vicino alla farmacia. Il costo del soggiorno è praticamente regalato. Il personale è molto gentile.

Room was nice and spacious. Air conditioner barely kept up with the heat. Had mosquitoes in the room the second night and don’t know how it got in the room. Overall all it’s a decent place to stay.

Tyckte att det var ett bra hotell och det hade bra frukost.

Soggiorno piuttosto scadente , visto che nella stanza le prese non funzionavano

We walked out as it had BLACK mold everywhere - the door to the room had to be opened with the manager’s shoulder, and then he refused to give us a different room. The mattress was completely filthy and broken. - we called YOU Expedia and you did nothing but prolong our pain!!!! You kept us on the phone as myself and my children dragged our belongings through the streets to the train station before to Florence !!!!! When we asked you to re book us in Florence we were told you had to call The hotel for their side of the story as to why we left- even though I submitted photos!!!!!! Expedia should be absolutely ashamed as to how me and my children were treated-

Albergo strategico posizionato bene per chi deve visitare i borghi della zona. Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo...non e' un quattro stelle come struttura....ma un ottimo tre stelle. Consigliatissimo comunque. Consigliato

Il ristorante va benissimo ma la mia camera al 5o piano era veramente obsoleta. Pulita si, ma aleggiava un odore non proprio piacevole. I prezzi sono assolutamente bassi, ma personalmente non mi sono trovato bene. Il personale è stato cordiale.

In camera il riscaldamento era eccessivamente alto (26/27 gradi) e non risultava possibile abbassarlo. Il ritorante offre piatti buoni, ma costosi.
