It was a little hard for the uber to find us. Not close to anything but it’s close to airport which is what we wanted. Everything else was perfect. Everyone was nice and helpful.

La atención de todos los empleados es excelente, y la seguridad de trasladarte al aeropuerto a pie o en su transporte a la terminal 2 me ayudaron mucho.

The customer service was beyond excellent. They were kind and helpful. The room was clean and in great condition and we would absolutely stay here again.

The only issue is The amenities in the bathroom The towels looks dirty and used Thanks Daniel the driver for transportation to the airport Professional, educate and attentive Keep goin Congratulations

Food could be better.

This was a good option for a 3:30 am arrival. I didn’t know there was a shuttle or where to catch it, so I took a cab. It was quiet.

Excelente hotel y servicio

Realmente lo más valioso de este hotel es su recurso humano, la gente levanta mucho el hotel con su calidez y buen servicio. Las instalaciones podrían ser mejor en el área donde está la cafetería, pero las habitaciones son cómodas y bonitas. El baño es muy importante y cumple con su función de ser bonito y funcional. Lo peor del hotel es su comida. El bufet no es para nada variado, el área de jugos es una tontería. La comida en general no es buena, pedí una naranjada y sabía a podrido. Mi hija pidió una ensalada César que le causó una infección estomacal. Urge que mejoren muchísimo en el aspecto de la comida. Por el precio dejó mucho a desear el restaurante.
