외관부터 로비, 실내까지 시설이 깨끗하고 침구도 청결하고 산뜻함. Wifi도 잘 되고 직원들이 매우 친절함. 첫번째 방이 약간 눅눅해서 이야기했더니 바로 다른 엄청 큰 방으로 교체해 주었음. 아침은 종류도 다양하고 정성스러움이 느껴졌음.

첵크아웃 후 시간이 많이 남아서 로비에서 시간을 보냈는데 친절하게두 커피를 내어주셔서 따뜻한 마음을 전해 받았습니다. 숙박하시면 결코 후회하지 않을 시설이었습니다.

I had a great night at this place. Food was ready before i went to machu pichhu it was around 4:30.

The location was good the condition of the property questionable. The water was out for most of the day, which happens they were undertaking repairs. The rooms had windows that opened directly into the hallway which is great if you are an exhibitionist

Llegamos al hotel y nos dijeron que sobrevendieron y nos llevaron a otro hotel que esta a un ladito, el cuarto que nos dieron no tenia televisor, estaba a un lado de recepcion y tuvimos mucha luz, las cortinas muy delgadas, la regadera no tenia cortina y toda la noche voces de gente llegando y el ruido de las platicas toda la noche. Nada de descanso.

Terrazas del Inca has very convenient location to the bus station to Machu Picchu and restaurants/shopping. Breakfast starts at 5:30am and freshly cooked which is very considerate for early hikers and tourists for early entrance time. Room is clean and comfy.

The staff was very attentive. They had a nice Peruvian breakfast spread. I love the open air style of the main room and the decor was very nice. They even suggested a few good restaurants that we are going to go back to the next time in Aguas Caliente/Machu Pichu- and Terrazas del Inca will be our return stay. Thank you very much, Terrazas!

The bathroom caulk around the bathroom was covered with black mold, that's an easy fix.

I arrived late due to a mix-up with my train. I still paid for the reservation and kept the reservation. I notified the hotel ahead of time and confirmed my new arrival time with them. When I arrived, the receptionist refused to let me check in or have breakfast. As I tried to explain the situation again, he argued with me and tried to further prevent me from checking in. I was very disappointed by this interaction with the receptionist. The hotel and property were fine otherwise.

Friendly amazing staff! They made you feel so welcome. The breakfast amazing. Best coffee I had in Peru!
