Had an issue with booking it through expedia and had to pay twice. Currently working on getting a refund. Otherwise great experience. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Väldigt trevligt hotell med serviceinriktad personal, trevligt spa och nära till centrum och bussarna. Mest familjer och pensionärer bland gästerna. I princip bara italienare, inga utländska turister.

L’hotel è una fusione di più hotel acquisiti nei 100 anni di storia della famiglia Brunet, tutti affacciati sulla stessa piazzetta interna con parcheggio e giardino. La SPA con piscina all’aperto (un vascone 5x5 con idromassaggio è molto ven curata. Ha molte sale per relax e massaggi. Il menù a 3/4 di pensione ( colazione , pranzo con un piatto caldo su una varia scelta e cena servita al tavolo ) è decisamente molto valido. Il servizio ai tavoli è sempre impeccabile, cortese e rapido. Vasta scelta di portate prenotate a colazione per la cena. Un capitolo a parte meritano gli arredi interni, come dicevo, frutto delle gestioni e acquisizioni di un secolo di storia. Alcuni infatti non sono mai stati sostituiti, così come la moquette (impossibile che ancora esita post epoca Covid19) che compare in alcune stanze. Tra questa la nostra! Nonostante avessimo prenotato a marzo, non essendo clienti abituali ai quali vengono assegnate le stanze ristrutturate, e nonostante il nostro manifesto disappunto, la sola possibilità era abbozzare la pessima sistemazione o fare ping pong tra una camera e un’altra per le otto notti del soggiorno. Ovviamente, questo comportamento da “mordi e fuggi” con un cliente della prima volta, è una politica che non paga… soprattutto se il cliente poi scrive su un sito come il vostro. Spero con questo d’aver ben giustificato il 3/5 punti.

Great location for day trips to hiking in the Dolomites. The city is friendly and fun to walk around. My favorite part of this resort is the amazing spa area with saunas. I would go back and stay twice as long!

Struttura bellissima, con una Spa wellness eccezionale, ottima cucina, camere bellissine e personale cortese e gentile.. ci siamo trovati benissimo sopra le aspettarive.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel son emplacement, ses services, vélos spa piscine vue magnifique, le petit déjeuner est très complet. Super hôtel. Juste un petit mot pour eux peut-être interdire d’étendre les serviettes et peignoirs sur le garde corps en verre de la piscine sur le toit pour ne pas gâcher la vue .

Prezzo esagerato solo per le camere , solitamente a tale prezzo compresa cena e colazione . Le camere non credo fossero premiun. Nulla da dire su hotel ma prezzo così è divenuto oltre 500 euro per una notte quattro persone .

+ Unique views, great pool on the 4th floor with modern amenities. Nice staff, they were respectfull and ready to help - we booked this place based on the many positive reviews others left..so we got very fast disapointed: 1. The rooms have very thin walls and we could easily hear everything. We changed our room with a smaller one in hope that we will get a silent one, but it wasnt the case... 2. The food was ok, enough to chose, but nothing to remember...my wife got a stomach flu in the last 2 days, but maybe its not because of the hotel's food, since I didnt had the same issue. 3. It felt like this hotel needed an upgrade... looks a bit outdated. Except the floor with the spa and the pool- there is really nice renovated and modern, quite a contrast. 4. The lack of the air conditioning was really disturbing,since we had 27 celsius degrees in the room.

Hotel bellissimo, perfetto per chi ha bambini, ristorante interno molto valido, camere pulitissime e ben arredate. Devo dire, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

I will stay here again, if I am in the area. The Dolomites are spectacular. We found the hotel easily. It’s on the main road. Our room was nice, clean and had a spectacular view of the mountains. Breakfast came with the room. It is a buffet style with plenty of choices for all tastes. We ate dinner here both nights. The meal was reasonably priced and very good. There is a salad buffet for dinner. We love lots of vegetables so were very happy. Staff was friendly. The hotel is a spa with pools and massages even romantic ones. We were too busy hiking to enjoy any of the spa services. The hotel also offered an outing everyday that we did not join.

Beautiful resort & amazing rooftop spa! Wifi is fast, & all meals are available at the resort. Beautiful little town in the heart of the Dolomites!
