시내에서 좀 떨어진 위그루 마을에 위치한 호텔로 시내에서 비지니스를 하고 돌아와 마음 편히 지낼 수 있는 호텔로 주변에 식당과 마트가 많아서 민박온 것처럼 편리하게 지낼 수 있슴.혼자 돌아다녀도 그동네 사람으로 볼정도 비슷한 외모로 시선을 끌지 않음.

위치가 공항에서 가깝지도않고 조식도 별로임. 오래된 호텔이라는 느낌, 싼 호텔이구나 하는느낌, 룸내시설도 별로임. 한마디로 싼맛에 가는호텔일뿐임.

공항에서 가까와 짧게 묵기 위해 이용했는데, 저렴한데도 무척 넓고 깨끗하며 아늑하고 친절함

흠.. 이번 여행이 관광이 목적이 아니였기에 시내에서 조금 멀리 있어도 불편하지 않았습니다. 시내까지 거리는 대략 버스로 20분정도이구요~ 출퇴근시간에는 좀더 걸릴수 있습니다(35~40분정도^^) 관광을 목적으로 가시는 여행객이시라면 호텔에 마련된 페키지를 사용하여 이동하는 것도 좋을꺼라 생각됩니다. 작년 여름에 한번 이번 겨울에 한번 이렇게 두번 이 호텔을 이용하면서 편안함과, 조용함이 너무 좋았는데요~ 휴식하기 좋은 호텔입니다.

깔끔하게 정리된 호텔 외부와 내부, 화려하진 않지만 편안히 쉴수 있게 조용하고 여유로웠습니다. 혼자다녀온 여행이라 크게 불편함 없이 지내다 왔구요~ 다시 다녀오라구 한다면 한번더 예약하여 다녀 오고싶습니다. ^^

단지 하루밖에 머물지는 않았지만 직원들이 고객들에게 상당히 친절하게 대해 주었다. 오래된 호텔이라 그런지 최신식은 아니지만 그런대로 좋았다. 단지, 단점이라고 하자면 주변환경이 약간 낙후된 곳에 위해 있는것이 다소 아쉬웠다. 숙박료가 싸다는 점을 감안하면 전체적으로 무난한 호텔이었다.

조용하고 청결하나 호텔 위치가 시내에서 너무 벗어나 교통이 불편했음.

It was very clean and services were superb with good english speaking people. But it is away from the downtown, which means it takes about an hour by taxi from the hotel to the downtown. The reason mainly comes from severe traffic jam during peak hours in the morning and evening. Except this, everythink is satisfactory.

So, I booked 4 nights on two separate bookings for different rooms having extended my stay in Almaty. As such, the photos provided represent a ground-floor double room and a upstairs family room with a mezzanine. Most importantly, for the price paid, which was very reasonable indeed, I consider the hotel to be of superb value. As such I shall order my opinions according to their importance. Firstly. The staff were very friendly and professional throughout the stay including the security. Secondly, I approve of the interior of the hotel - the overall design of the rooms being very comfortable indeed, and unusually spacious. The breakfast from 7-10 was cosy and supplied all the necessaries, though I would recommend fried eggs for the future. In addition to the above, the double room had satellite TV with access to the internet - i.e. YouTube etc. The swimming pool, though I didn't use it looks fantastic, and the restaurant food is well-priced and delicious (I recommend the lentil soup, with Chicken-Spinach and a side of rice). Though there was construction work happening which could have been a little more tidy given that some guests have to navigate through it, I would still rate this hotel a 5/5 for the value of the booking. 👍

Airport shuttle and driver had my name at the arrival. Great staff. Good breakfast. Value for money. Great for overnight stay catching flight next day.

It is a truly amazing hotel. It is far from city center, but it is very quiet at night and air quality is very good. Interior and breakfast were awesome! Service is outstanding. Will stay here again and again. Love it.
