good reception, excellent breakfast, best room condiotion in this travel. good location from station and to go to sunega, gornergrat and so on.

5 star and fantastic service .. always happy to find space at restaurant/bar and good buzz in evening - no need to go anywhere else

This property was fantastic - loved the interior design, service, choice of restaurants and amazing location with easy access to the train and Zermatt’s shopping and dining. Highly recommend!!

Excellent place!

Stayed for two nights and needed to switch rooms after the first night because we stayed in an attic type room with low ceilings which was not for someone tall like myself. But they were very accommodating and helpful in moving our luggage to the new room when we were out visiting the Matterhorn. When booking the room, you are listed with them at a certain price, I needed to pay an upgrade fee to get a room on the higher floor with a view of the Matterhorn but it was worth it.

Zermatt é linda e um bom hotel faz toda a diferença, o hotel é Maravilhoso! Uma decoração incrivel, quarto e camas maravilhosas! Perto da estação de trem! Super recomendo!

Pros: this was by far the best hotel of our 15 days trip in many cities in Europe. Staff is the friendliest, hotel location is 100m from the train station and central to everything (coop supermarket 50m away), great view from the mountain, spacious toilet and room, tech room with tablet, mini-frezer, good wifi, beautiful design in both hotel and room. It was fantastic overall. We also had earlier checkin and an upgrade in our room. Cons: price. This is tricky though, Switzerland is expensive and Zermatt even more. It is hard to give a right number to all the pros above but still the cost benefit is not a 10, is more of a 8-9, which is obviously great

Excellent hotel with a balcony and a view. Very quiet at night. The service was excellent and the receptionist/ concierge Pedro was very helpful.

Hotel was amazing . Close to train. Great views. Staff helped with directions and map of everything we wanted to see. Gave us a discount off the sushi restaurant. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again

Es ist wirklich ein sehr schönes und freundliches Hotel. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Schade ist, dass man vom Balkon direkt auf das andere Haus sieht und das viel Personal nur englisch reden.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. We had a junior suite, which was ideal for our family of four. The staff was truly outstanding—especially the reception staff, who were incredibly friendly. Above all, the breakfast service staff were exceptional. They were polite, humble, gracious, and generous, with no attitude at all. Very hospitable! I would definitely stay here again. The hotel has been newly renovated and has a lot of character. The rooms are beautifully decorated, which left us quite amazed. Our kids loved the books, as the hotel is full of them. Even our room had several books. Just a suggestion: all the books were in French. It would be nice to have some books in English, as my children were overjoyed when they saw the books, but were disappointed when they realized all of them were in French. Not a criticism, just a suggestion

This is a spectacular hotel with absolutely the best service. Amazing attention to detail. Even though on the main thoroughfare, stepping thru the doors you feel like you have entered one of the finest lodges or a lovely country estate. Warning: If you open your windows you will be assailed by lots of outdoor noise.

Lovely modern and clean hotel close to the centre of Zermatt. The view from my balcony was amazing. Staff were genuine and made you feel welcome. Spa facilities were wonderful. Unfortunately as there is no aircon, the room warmed up quickly and was stuffy at night. Having the window open solved the stuffiness, but the main street below is very noisy, so not particularly conducive to a good night's sleep. 😢
