The breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of delicious food. Front desk staff Mr Shinde and Jyoti were very helpful and professional. I had an enjoyable stay at Aures.

Avons essayé le buffet du soir , très très épicé, dédié à la clientèle locale, n'avons pas renouvellé l'expérience, tarif très avantageux. Chambre correcte, très bien nettoyée, tv 5 monde. Attention au bruit la nuit , c'est énorme, on entend tout d'une chambre a l'autre, clients peu respectueux, portes qui claquent.4 nuits d'enfer.

Large comfortable room. Beds and pillows were just right re firmness and support. Breakfast and evening buffet had plenty of choices and the staff were very obliging with any requests. We were even offered coffee whilst waiting to be checked in, which was very kind and hospitable!

Room had very bad cigarette smell and no alternative room was provided.

Location is good. Not very clean. Bathroom was stinking when we checked into our room.

The hotel had was supposed to provide white towels but, the color was brown and torn on the sides. The breakfast was ok, with sambar sugar quoted, Stick Idlies and oily purees. The bathrooms were dirty, no hot water. The staff were rude and not sense of hospitality. We stayed for 10 days and the last day before checkout they forced us to pay $5 that was the balance after wrong calculation. I will not recommend this hotel. Rather stay in Ginger down the street or LemonTree, which has better service and well trained staff. Avoid this hotel if possible and it is not worth the rating provided.

Clean, peaceful, great location, good breakfast buffet! Very cute rooftop bar. WiFi worked well!

アメニティが少ない。スリッパ、シャンプー、リンスがあるとよかった。朝食会場のレストランが暗くて少し落ち着かなかった。でも部屋をアップグレードしてくれたり、スタッフの対応はよかった。タクシー会社への連絡やドリンクのオーダーは快くスムーズに受け入れてくれた。

Comfortable beds, big rooms, good staff. Only thing is restaurant a bit too noicy and too close to the lobby. And buffet table in a small corner with many people causing a bit long queues. But good food and many varieties.

The hotel was not ready to honour the complimentary breakfast, as booked via the app.

I was with a female friends of mine and the staff just assumed that we were an unmarried couple. They denied us entry due to this. They claimed that this was in their terms and conditions but it was nowhere to be found.

Staff accommodating and quite reasonable. Quite far from Ajanta caves but reasonably close to Elora caves. Taxi prices reasonable. Good breakfast buffet. Quite clean. They claimed the government shut down the internet so I had no internet access. I don’t know what to make of that. Young driver was fantastic

The hotel is well located, and is reasonably well maintained. Staff is friendly, and generally accommodative. Kitchen is good, and food is tasty. Definitely value for money.
