this hotel soundproof is really bad. So upstair chair dragging sound is reaching very big enough. I recommend every chair legs should be cover with tennis ball.

Solo en el lobby no servía el aire acondicionado y se veía algo sucio el piso, la habitación que me tocó los cajones del tocador estaban la muy dañados y soltaban polvo de la madera.

The person from the front desk was very rude and feels like the owner from the hotel, no want to give me another towel for my hair claiming that was one towel per person even though I stay in a bedroom for 4. Then when check in she didn’t gave us the keys activated and make us to go to the line like just new clients.

Las cobijas como sábanas me provocaron salpullido, se me hizo raro ya que cuando reporte y solicité cambio de sábanas a los 30 min pasaron informando que iban a fumigar el hotel desde ese momento me dio mucha desconfianza si no había chinches o algo en colchón o algo

El desayuno es muy bueno. Solo falta un poco más de amiblidad del personal de mostrador.

El desayuno esta agradable, se veia lompio, pero las habitaciones mostraron muy baja calidad, sin jabones, champú, el agua mientra te bañas se acumula

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de centros comerciales y restaurantes. Habitaciones e instalaciones muy limpias. El desayuno no es tan bueno ya que no tiene variedad. Buen hotel para visitas ejecutivas.

Hotel is dated. Blinds, curtains, etc show decay, stains, ruptures, etc. the AC unit needs cleaning, the furniture around the pool is also old and oxidized. The buffet stile breakfast is also low quality. Not worth the pay.

The hotel is nice and spacious. I like that ours had mini fridge, microwave and storage space
