객실 준비가 늦어져서 체크인에 시간이 오래 걸림. 주변의 미술관 오페라하우스 등을 이용하기 편리함. 버스 이용하기 좋았음.

방은 조용하지만 클럽때문에 입구에 클러온 사람들로 붐비고 조금 시끄러움

신혼여행이라 말씀드리니 친절하게 디저트와샴페인을 서비스해주셔서 감동이었습니다. 리셉션이나 객실복도 등이 우아하게 잘 되어있고 분위기있어 좋았습니다

체크인 시 1박당 45파운드를 내면 (호텔스닷컴에서 예약한 룸은 욕조도 없는 좁은 방이라면서) 욕조도 있는 큰 사이즈로 업그레이드 해주겠다고 해서 1박당 8만원씩 더 내고 오케이했는데..막상 룸에 들어와서 호텔스닷컴에 소개 된 방 상태와 비교해봤더니.똑 같은 컨디션이었음.. 같은 조건의 방을 1박당 8만원씩이나 더 받을려고 꼼수를 부리더니.컴플레인 전화도 피하고... 욕실 청소상태는 최악.... 어떻게 이런 꼼수로 추가비용을 발생할 수 있는건지.호텔스 닷컴에 강력히 항의하고 싶습니다!!

맘마미아 및 라이언 킹 뮤지컬공연 극장 바로 옆. 런던아이와 웨스트민스터사원 등과도 도보 20분 거리. 호텔 내부 식당 및 라운지 바 분위기 좋고, 양이 적은 대신에 상대적으로 저렴한 다양한 메뉴 선택 가능. 옥상 바의 경치와 분위기 훌륭. 주변 거리 안전. 전 직원 매우 친절. 강추 호텔임.

What a Beautiful Hotel and the staff are amazing. They go above and beyond. I would like to say a Special Thank you to Hannah the Manager. Isabella for decorating our room for my Husbands surprise 50th Celebrations. Jezebel for our lovely vouchers. We had the most wonderful night. Thank you all we will definitely return. 5 ⭐️

(Not for) ME London… This was bit of a disappointment. Overview The hotel has a 5 star rating, but really not a 5 star experience. Perfectly located on the junction of Strand and Aldwych, great for West End and Exploring the city, and if you are looking for a hotel for location, this is a pretty decent location - they also have a great dining option at Luciano’s, which was a very positive experience; the restaurant staff were super attentive and food very good. Rooms The rooms are a little tired and basic, base of bed has a white pleather trim that are all damaged and look tatty, the shower has metal trays like a public swimming pool that were dirty. Experience The room was very hot and the A/C wouldn’t drop below 25.4°c, the bad experience was that I couldn’t get the room cool, but trying to resolve the issue. I called multiple times and the Engineer had been sent to different rooms other than mine. It was only resolved when I went downstairs to speak with the front of house team - they ended up moving me. Then in my new room, I had a knock on the door and a cleaner said she was here to sort out the smell - again wrong room. In the morning, I had to call 3 times for an iron and ironing board, again sent to wrong rooms and had to wait 45 minutes. In short, whilst the staff were pleasant enough, it felt very disorganised and unprofessional. ME London is not a value priced hotel and there are much better hotels in London at the same price point, that have a far super

Great stay with very clean and spacious rooms. We were in a family trip to celebrate the end of the year. The place is surrounded by many theaters and it's located just a 15 minutes walk from London eye and other famous places. Service from the front desk, restaurants and the rest of the staff was amazing. Some of them speak Spanish which was even better for us. We used also the Concierge service a d the girls did an excellent job and gave us some options to spend the new year eve.

Høyt støynivå fra rooftop. Men slo av musikken ca 00:30 og da ble det stille. Dårlig frokost (vi valgte å gå ut for frokost, selvom den var inkludert). Veldig mørke fellesområder på hotellet. Rommet var helt fint.

Location - great Staff: great - sorted out our issues quickly and without fuss Rooms - we were in a South facing room with a balcony on the 9th floor - just below the rooftop bar. The music was banging until 12:30am. We changed rooms the next day. Breakfast: dreadfully slow service - it took 20 mins before our order was taken and another 20 before anything appeared. OJ was just from a carton and not freshly squeezed. We didn't bother for the second morning and got a takeout from Pret across the road. Summary: it was ok but touch focus on style over substance for this price point imho.

One of the best hotels and service I’ve ever experienced. The staffs attention to detail was incredible and made our stay very special as we celebrated my son’s birthday. I will be returning and if you are considering this hotel PLS BOOK it!
