No water for bath, cable, internet and TV are not working. PHP3000 per night is not suitable for 1-night stay.

it was very pleasant stay. a definite hidden jewel in tagaytay

Kinda disappointed. Yung room may mga insect tapos mabaho. Yung pool madumi. Yung free complimentary massage nila na one hour. 45 minutes lang ata. And take note mas sumakit katawan namin. Yung free breakfast nasobrahan ata sa asin lahat maalat. So sad lang na I read all the review before I booked and lahat naman maganda pero nung ako na pumunta na disappoint ako.

Staff are great though location is not so convenient if you don't have a car.

Ambience is nice and very relaxing. Complimentary breakfast is tasty, massage complete the vacation. Apparently, for us smokers not an ideal place, smoking area is at guard house. Pls provide a decent place maybe a "kubo" wherein you can drink coffee while in the middle of night. The rest all well. Kudos

Accommodating staffs. We booked one night stay. Check-in time is 2:00PM but we reached the place at 01:30AM the following day, straight from the airport. Smooth late check-in. Complimentary massage and breakfast (longganisa with rice and egg, coffee and sliced pineapple for dessert) is so-so. Room got noisy aircon but it's ok. This is our 3rd time to stay at Wingate Manor, everytime we visit Tagaytay we definitely choose this place to stay.

One of the best that we had so far. We loved the massage. Since we smoke, I think it would be better if they could allocate a much better space for smoking and not just beside the guard house. Few benches will do, small tables and few umbrellas, just like their patio in front of the cafe. Other than that, everything is perfect!

The hotel was okay. The room was clean and big. It was just difficult to call a tricycle if you want to go outside and fare was too expensive. We were disappointed with the breakfast buffet, they said it was a buffet but then you are only allowed to have 1 plate. Hope you could improve your breakfast buffet as there were only 3 viands to choose.

Location is good because the surrounding area is quiet but you need to ride a tricycle to get to the main road and attractions. The guard and reception personnel helped us call one. Few selections on breakfast buffet but still satisfying. The free massage was really good and relaxing. Overall we had a pleasant stay here.

This is our personal favorite hotel in Tagaytay. This hotel is simple and very comfortable. The plated breakfast is just okay. They serve buffet breakfast though when they are packed. The rooms are clean, and the complimentary massage is perfect. Also, the staff are lovely they're very welcoming and accommodating.
