The hotel was clean. Nothing so much to say about the staff.

Very near the beach front. Just 2 mins away. Hotel is good. Good airconditioned and shower room. Bed is comfortable. Nice television. Rooms are spacious. Will book again here.

Would be great if you could stay in Sea Jewel Hotel instead (near the resort). Twin room we got has an extra bed and the hot and cold shower works fine. Aircon also functions properly. We also arrived earlier than check in time and we were allowed into our room. I think the big downside is there's no free drinking water (both hot and cold). TV also doesn't work. But overall this is a great place and it's less than 5 minutes walk to the white beach.

Menyenangkan, tempatnya sangat dekat dengan tempat wisata yang lain seperti air terjun, hutan mangrove dan juga beberapa tempat di sekitar hotel yg menyajikan keindahan pantai yang sangat menarik, untuk transportasi juga relatif mudah dengan banyak pilihan mulai ya disediakan pemandu wisata, jeepney dan lain-lain. Masalah utama untuk di sekitar jewel hotel tidak ada ATM yang tersedia untuk menunjang pembelian oleh oleh dan sewa fasilitas seperti snoorkling, banana boat dan yang lainnya.

We have a great time staying in Sea jewel Resort! Just to inform everyone booking here in traveloka, SeaJewel have 2 diff hotels. Always clarify things first, but we don't have any regrets staying just a few steps to the ocean! And most specially, the food! Is just wow! Sulit! All in all, our travel makes more comfy and memorable!

Room is clean though we had a problem with the AC on our first night. The staff are not accommodating. Location is very good since it is near the beach and restaurants.

The amenities included pool but when we arrived we were advised there is none. The air conditioning is poor I had to use a fan. There is no WiFi as described in the amenities and on the third floor and the signal for mobile is poor and you have to go out to get a signal, the receptionist is unprofessional and unfriendly. When we wanted to extend, we were treated poorly and had difficulty securing a room. When we wanted to talk to the manager, she didn't want to face us personally to handle our complaint and dismissed us by saying she wouldn't care for our complaint because their business has been running for 9 years. We then have to book in the adjacent resort with better air conditioning and customer service.

Thank you Sea Jewel Beach Resort for the great accommodation. We enjoy our vacation. Though, I recommend to separate the standard room and deluxe room, with or without pool. Anyways, have a great time in your resort, and the waiting area is good as well. Thank you for letting us to stay in the waiting area after we check out. More powers! God Bless!

The hotel is located very near to the sea shore and stores which is nice. But the service crew of the hotel is not very accommodating. The room is comfortable but the bathroom should at least have soap and tissue.

It was an awesome stay. Staffs are friendly and accommodating, the food prices are fairly-priced. The place is clean and the room is spacious. 2-minute walk to White beach.

Good...they will give you one towel for 3days 2 nights. smell in the comfort room. they will not collect the garbage. snob staffs and the reception area is dark.
