직원들에게 식당을 추천받았는데 너무 친절하게 알려주셨습니다. 직원이 영어를 사용할 수 있어서 쉽게 체크인을 할 수 있었습니다. 대체적으로 만족합니다.

Avoid this hotel if customer service matters to you. Worse experience This was my second stay at Hotel Lepanto. My first visit was okay, but this one was a disaster. The room was average and not very clean. Every morning, hotel staff talked loudly in the hallways, making it difficult to sleep. The worst part happened on our last day. My wife and I asked a housekeeper if she could air-dry a few clothes since the hotel didn't have a dryer. She agreed. When we returned around 9:45 p.m. to catch our midnight bus, the front desk told us they couldn't find our clothes. We waited over two hours while staff searched, but no one knew where they were. Because of the hotel's mistake, we missed our bus and lost nearly $200 in non-refundable tickets. The night staff tried to help, but the daytime manager, Laura, and her team showed no urgency, accountability, or concern. No apology. No compensation. Nothing. The staff during the day was very rude and I felt very unwelcome by the way they were looking us my wife and I. To make matters worse, because we refused to leave without our belongings, the hotel charged us for an extra night—almost $100. We ended up paying more because of their mistake. A hotel should protect its guests' belongings and take responsibility when things go wrong. Instead, we were treated as if our time, money, and property didn't matter. I cannot recommend Hotel Lepanto. There are many hotels in Mexico City that provide far better customer service.

Run down property! Electronic key system not working, therefore, staff had to open the door for us when we got to the room!

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel y no hay más que buenas opiniones sobre todo. Muy amable el personal del hotel, nuestra habitación muy limpia y en general todo muy bueno.

Cumple con su función y está ubicado cerca de estación de metrobús ; sin embargo no te dice que está en mantenimiento y por lo menos a mi me toco el 3er piso eran las 2 am se escuchaba los trabajadores llega el punto que a las 7 am. no se podía dormir por el uso de taladros.

Great hotel… the staff is very welcoming…very good location and walkable to a few food spots. The staff is super helpful and nice. The bed was comfortable and the room is spacious …However the AC never worked properly the entire 2 day stay. We asked for more towels twice from the cleaning staff and they never brought them. Those were the reasons for the 4 out of 5 stars

Sólo fue alojamiento por una noche pero estuvo excelente el servicio y la habitación muy cómoda

Over the years place keeps getting better romme where nice and quiet very clean only tricky part are the showers controls

Staff was friendly, housekeeping will knock the door early morning to check rooms in use I thought it was disrespectful they should have that information available, room cleaning was ok

El estacionamiento pésimo al igual que las instalaciones en reparación la habitación apestaba a cebolla había papeles en el baño y un rastrillo usado, el lavabo lleno de pelos y nada de limpieza

The Hotel looks like going renovation so works are going on and there is a noise. Also there is lot of noise coming from the corridors into the rooms. Staff, cleanliness is all good but felt like room is not as expected.

No había espacio en el estacionamiento por un evento privado. El mobiliario de la habitación está muy descuidado. Tocaron temprano a la puerta para limpiar la habitación.

The staff was great, however, the location is not the best and the overall condition of the hotel was unpleasant. There's a lot of construction going on making it really loud and dirty. Pictures are definitely deceiving.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The room was clean, great location and super good prices.
