직원들에게 식당을 추천받았는데 너무 친절하게 알려주셨습니다. 직원이 영어를 사용할 수 있어서 쉽게 체크인을 할 수 있었습니다. 대체적으로 만족합니다.

El personal muy amable, la habitación es amplia y cómoda, cuenta con plancha para ropa y secadora de cabello. A pesar de las remodelaciones en la noche había silencio total. La comida del restaurante muy rica y a un precio accesible. Está cerca del centro histórico.

I live the fact they had a restaurant right there and the staff was very helpful.

There is no soap in the bathroom, the ac unit is on permanently with the light on -I need dark room in order to sleep.

Cerca del aeropuerto y del centro de la ciudad

Me encanto todo, solo les diria lo unico que deberian agregar es al porton del parking un motor para que les sea mas facil a ustedes abrir desde el lobby oh simplementen entregarle al cliente un acceso q el porton lo registre y abra. Asi ustedes no tienen que estar bajando a estar abriendo y cerrando de cada rato es lo unico que vi que deberian agregar respecto a lo demas me eencanto todo lo recomendaria mio veces. Muchas gracias por su amabilidad y su hospitalidad. Que sigan cosechando Exito.

El hotel esta muy bonito, comodo y se ve que lo estan remodelando, lo unico que no le gusto es que la zona en la que se encuentra esta un poco fea y hay muchos vagabundos

Todo me pareció muy bien (la comida, la limpieza, habitaciones bien equipadas) excepto que en mi habitación no había agua caliente y nuestra estancia terminó antes de que lo resolvieran.

Its a nice hotel. We stayed there for a week. I took two stars off because one you can hear through the walls and the people in the top of our room would make so much noise at night it sounded like a dog running every night at 2-3 am (tbh i thought it was a ghost). And the other star beacuse one afternoon after being out all day we came to our room and found the door was not completely closed. Nothing was taken but they should always check after cleaning the rooms. Overall if your looking for a nice place to stay this is it the people were nice. We came too early and asked if we could leave our baggage to not walk around with it. Its close to Biblioteca Vasconcelos about 10 mins walking and walking distance to a walmart at 10 mins. They have a restaurant on the lobby floor. Food was mid compared to other places.
