체크아웃하고 하루지나니깐 100불 더 페이하고 있다 전화하니깐 청소가 않되있다네요 ;;

아이둘과 4명이 5박을 숙박. 시설은 좀 오래된 듯하나 방이 2개이고 거실이 넓어서 좋음. 위치상 서퍼스 파라다이스에서 떨어져 있으나 차가 있었어 문제 없었음. 걸어서 해변이 3분거리. 침실 바로 옆이 도로이고 버스 정류장까지 있어 잘때 차소리가 좀 거슬림. 직원 아주머니들이 매우 친절하심.

Great location, great staff, spacious apartment.

Angela was a great host, very welcoming. The appartments are in great proximity to life guard towers so you don’t have to go far to be able to swim between the flags. So many great food options close by also. The apartment we stayed in is a little tired but functional and we weren’t there to spend time sitting around inside. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the kids loved the spa and the pool (both heated). I would definitely stay here again.

部屋は広くて清潔で想像以上の良さでした。洗濯乾燥機が室内にあるため利用しやすく、キッチンは広く食洗機やオーブン、キッチン道具も料理をするのに十分あります。駐車場は地下にありセキュリティもしっかりしてます。オーナーのアンジェラに親切にしてもらい、ホテルでの滞在時間がより素晴らしいものになりました。ゴールドコーストに行くときはまた滞在したいと思っています。

I liked living in the property comparing to price, facilities and privacy.

It was a great location. Very nice decor and comfortable.

Family friendly. Relaxed environment. Great place to come back after busy day’s adventuring. Lovely people to deal with.

The property and grounds were great for the kids, could easily watch them in the pool or running around the grass area and plenty of room inside. Pool and spa were pleasant. The property itself could do with a bit of TLC, curtains were mouldy, bathroom drain seemed blocked and found a number of items from previous guests under the bed. There were a number of roadworks going on outside the bedrooms which of course was not the fault of the property but just letting people know that it made for a nimber of disrupted sleeps.

My advice, stay well clear of this run down place until they make real improvements! This property is horribly outdated and falling apart inside. I’d estimate its age at about 35 years and little seems to have been done since then to improve it apparently. It’s yet another example of overpriced accommodation that’s out of sync with the value it provides. The owner obviously collects income without ever really reinvesting to improve on quality or even maintain value. Here’s the laundry list of problems: - no extra toilet roles or rubbish bags without going to reception - chores upon checkout that aren’t a typical guest responsibility (e.g., rubbish removal) - ugly outdated and low quality interior - white light bulbs and lamps everywhere - dust, grime, and rust everywhere - cheap DIY paint job - paint peeling from various surfaces, especially doors and door frames - sticky surfaces - deteriorating, cheap, old rusty appliances - unrecognizable TV brand has image issues and severe burn-in - cheap old linens - latch on gate to apartment is broken - weak locks and latches on doors - weak security (except for car park) - no insulation from highway noise - no thermal insulation - heating only available in bedrooms - furniture is old, stained, and damaged - stains on carpeted areas - low water pressure in shower - slight air draughts from windows - smells a little like wet dog The positives: - nice outdoor area with warm pool - kids could borrow body boards - friendly staff

The owner was very nice and helpful, the apartments need a good modern make over and some bedrooms face the highway so it was noisy

Received a great welcome from Angela on arrival and the location is ideal with only a short walk to the shops and beach. Loved the open space and amenities provided in our apartment. Great value for money

Great place to stay.

First day of our holidays we got terribly shocked! We've booked Key Largo Appartments based on google reviews and even the price was slightly high for our budget, we thought at least we are going to stay at an amazing place. We drove from Sydney and were getting there a bit late and Angela, receptionist, was good and orginised our keys and check in details safely stored at the front of the hotel. Thank you! However the cleanliness of our room was absolutely discusting and shocking! It was so outdated, old and dirty. The cushions were stained, the carpet was oily, stained and ripped at places. The sheets had also stains and blood stains on it. Kitchen has oily stove and funny smell. The worst of all there was dust everywhere , the thicket layer i have even seen in my life and the curtains to the front littlest yard had mold on them, absolutely disgusting!!! We have payed for this nightmare $1800 for 5 nights stay. Our son has dust allergy and started having heavy breathing. There was one half toilet roll in the bathroom and no bathroom utensils whatsoever, only half used soap container, probably left by an old tenants. We couldnt sleep all the night and asked for a refund at the reception. Angella was lovely and made cancelation smooth for us. I would highly recommend to clean and refurbish this unit asap. Luckily, we've found an amazing hotel for the same price with ocean view and very clean facilities after checking out.

We stayed 9 nights at this hotel and we couldn’t be happier with the overall value for money considering the facilities, the service from staff and the cleanliness of the unit. Thanks for having us!

The property needs a good clean. Cooking pots were badly scratched and turned rusty so cooking is impossible. Bathroom is also dirty.

We really enjoyed our stay, lovely spacious Apartment, very close to the Beach and Food Outlets. Having a Washing Machine/Dryer was a great bonus. Would definitely stay again.
