친절하고 깨끗하고 위치도 안전하고 다 좋았는데 화장실이 불편했어요 샤워기가 없는 방을 줬는데 결국 안바꿔줘서 그냥 썼는데 온수냉수 조절도 넘 힘들고 물쓸때마다 들리는 소음이... 전반적으론 좋았어요

리셉션데스크가 있긴 있어요. 그런데 너무 아침 일찍 도착하거나 저녁 늦게 도착하면 아-무도 없습니다. 정말 아무도 없어요. 건물에서 들어가는 것 조차 힘들었어요. 겨우겨우 다른 사람들 따라 들어가서 투숙객이 문을 열어줘서 그 층에 들어갔는데, 다른 사람들은 이메일로 비밀번호를 받아서 들어갈 수 있었대요. 근데 저는 이메일도 안 와 있고, 심지어 리셉션이 없다는 메일도 없던데요?? 리셉션 데스크에 적힌 전화번호로 전화를 해도 안 받고 해서 겨우 인터넷으로 다른 전화번호를 찾아서 연락했습니다. 별로 미안해 하지도 않고 시간이 좀 지나서 비밀번호를 알려주더라고요. 방은 좋았어요. 매우 예쁘고 안락했어요. 그리고 낮에 있는 리셉션 직원은 친절하더라고요. 그래서 이 곳은 낮에 간다면 굉장히 좋은 곳이 될 것이고, 아니면 아주 힘들어질 수도 있어요. 위치는 짐을 끌고 가기엔 좀 힘든 곳이에요. 리스본은 경사가 심하거든요. 택시를 타세요!

First off, Miguel at the front seat is fabulous. Very helpful and friendly. He helped me locate my suitcase which was being delivered from the airport after being delayed. The rims are nice. Some rooms have better internet than others. One downside is that you get a limited about of coffee/ tea and no refills even if you have a long stay. I stayed 10 days and was told I don’t get teabags or coffee replenished, and that just seems cheap and unnecessary for a nice place like that. It’s a great location, and be ready that there’s odd no front desk assistance after 5pm some days and after 8pm on other days

There was an issue with the pipes, which caused a foul smell in our bathroom. The smell was strong and made it tough to sleep at night. One of our fans was also broken, which made it tough to sleep in the heat. Good location. Not the best hotel.

I was in a few rooms because of different bookings and all were lovely. The staff was so helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious each morning and the breakfast lady was so kind and always helpful and happy. I would highly recommend a stay at Casa Oliver and the location too is so good.

Not as advertised. Filthy room and hard to find. Smelled like sewage backed up in the bathroom. Bodily fluids on the upholstered bed frame, fingerprints on the mirrors, and hair on the bed. NO AIR CONDITIONING. Another couple was complaining to staff that the cleaning lady left their room open. They also complained that construction was being done in their room and they were not notified beforehand. Staff attempted to give my wife and I another room, but we didn’t feel safe at this place. DO NOT STAY HERE if you value your privacy and cleanliness. The worst part of our trip was this experience. There are many wonderful/clean places in Portugal to stay.

What a wonderful, lovely spot with lovely staff

Staff leaves early. We arrived at 6:30pm and let ourselves in by using the codes sent to me on WhatsApp. Room was clean. No air conditioning. The toilet was really loud and made noises all night. Ate what we thought was an unspectacular free breakfast the next morning to find out it was 15 euro/person. We would have eaten somewhere else had we known the breakfast wasn't free. Location was nice. Overall... it was a decent place to stay. I have no doubt there are better places to stay at this pricepoint.

The rooms are very well located. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and giving you a range of cuisine choices. The metro is 10 minutes away and easy to navigate. The room we booked was spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. It had a mini fridge which helped me so much in preserving my diabetic medication. Great, big bed and wonderful shower pressure, as well as a couch and large television. The room attendant was very helpful and very friendly. My criticism centres around two things, the mechanism for the room’s lock and the shower door which initially did not close properly, allowing water leakage. Without needing to enter into details, my experience in asking for help sorting these issues, was met with a ‘there’s a trick to these two things and you (the guest) should have known this’. I’m paraphrasing. Showing us how to sort them inferred the onus was on us, the guests…No. We paid for accommodation that should have worked. The other thing is that the room does not have air conditioning and because of the outside heat, it does get very stuffy. The windows can be opened to let the cooler evening air in, but because Casa Oliver is situated on such a busy main street, with a busy park across, the noise makes this very difficult if not impossible. The fan provided does help somewhat, but not completely. Air conditioning would solve this issue. The breakfast is highly recommended and the kitchen staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Breakfast and location were fantastic! The staff also were awesome! The building is very old and the room was spacious. The beds could be upgraded for a better night sleep. Overall it worked for us.

The only negative is the toilet. It is so small that you cannot fit!

Det var ok, men lite klurigt att checka in om man anländer sent. Rummen var generösa och rena, men lite unken lukt på tex toaletten.

Clean room, helpful staff upon arrival and check out. Issues with the wifi and got placed in their other building in the downstairs, so getting luggage out of building was brutal. Overall good, but would probably stay elsewhere

The hotel is well located and had a great vibe. If you're a fan of shows like Chateau you'll enjoy the esthetics. The staff was very nice and easy to work with. We enjoyed the breakfasts and our room.

The staff was lovely, breakfest great, and rooms very cute but the room was a bit dirty/dusty. It felt like it was cleaned quickly but nothing really wiped down.

This is a charming, character-driven property in an absolutely lovely neighbourhood. What you're paying for here is the location more than the accommodation. The building is quite old, but has been renovated to a generally pleasant, vintage-inspired state. My only major complaint is with the wifi, which is abysmal, so if you need internet access, perhaps another property would provide a better option.

The staff was excellent and the hotel was charming. The decor was creative and perfect for the building.

Hotellet ligger på en af byens høje, tæt på en dejlig park. Værelse var pænt og rent. Der var mulighed for daglig rengøring af værelset. Ingen morgenmad på hotellet, men flere god muligheder inden for få minutters gang fra hotellet. Fleksibel og imødekommende personale, som gjorde både ind og udcheckning til en smidig og god oplevelse.
