Staff is not friendly and there is a problem when I check in wherein fact I paid it last night before the day we went to the hotel.

Good location. Service could be improved.

The free breakfast was good. I had beef tapa. The wifi was strong. The room was not too small. The only thing that I didn't like that much is the quality of service that I got from the two receptionists who were on duty. The first one when I checked in at around 2pm was nice but lacked a friendlier and more polite tone. The second receptionist early in the morning didn't bother to look at me when I checked out and didn't say thank you or good bye. She was too busy on her mobile phone.

No TV cable... TV remote control is not working, only the on/off menu works. Aircon is not that cold but hot.. There was no chair inside.. Only 1 bath towel is provided...

Morning receptionist not very accommodating..does not even smile.
