La habitación muy limpia y confortable pero hay muchísimo ruído, que se permite, porque hasta las 3 de la mañana chillando y dando portazos toda la gente que entraba de fiesta lo escuché yo y todo el hotel como para no llamarle la atención a esa gente. Hacía demasiado calor (mi calefacción apagado desde el minuto 0 que entré en la habitación) pero era insoportable el calor que hacía. Tenía exámenes y necesitaba dormir y descansar y pasó todo lo contrario. La ubicación es excepcional.

Está perfectamente situado junto a la plaza de España. Gabitacion limpia, espaciosa y con camas cómodas. El desayuno bufet está bien tambien, hay variedad. Opciones de bebidas vegetales y pan sin gluten.

Everything there is excellent, the only problem is the guy from the breakfast buffet, it looks like he hates his job and have a horrible attitude as well as the young lady in the front desk morning shift. Other than that the place is awesome

Les chambres donnant sur la place d'espagne sont bruyantes malgré les fenetres fermées. Le bruit des autres voyageurs avec des enfants qui laissent courir les enfants après 22:00 dans les chambres / ou le matin. Mais cela n'est en aucun cas de la faute de l'hotelier.

El hotel está bastante céntrico... pero no merece cuatro estrellas más bien es de tres..pedi con mucha antelación una habitación tranquila y me dieron que daba a la calle principal y un primer piso..se escuchaban todas las voces de la calle.

Very good hotel in a central Valladolid location. You have parking at the hotel for a reasonable price, plus additional public parking next door. The room was comfortable, but it lacked a drawer for clothing. The air conditioning system controls are not intuitive, so its better to ask for help. Modern look, comfortable lobby space and welcoming and helpful staff.

Destacar la buena ubicación, muy cerquita de la plaza mayor y el teatro zorrilla que teníamos entradas para un espectáculo.

This is a 4-star hotel with excellent location. We stayed ay a Family room for 4 with two bedrooms, spacious, clean and excellent views to the main plaza and interior patio.
