최악의 숙소입니다. 첫 날 마드리드에 도착하자마자 잠시 물을 사러 나간 한 시간 사이에 금고에 넣어둔 돈을 도둑 맞았습니다. 한국에서 환전 후 전혀 사용 하지 않고 두개에 봉투에 금액까지 적어 놓았기에 착각할 리가 없는데 각각 봉투에서 100, 50유로를 빼갔습니다. 금고는 열쇠로 열리는 구형으로 당연히 범인은 열쇠를 가진 내부인일 것으로 생각 됐습니다. 리셉션 직원에게 CCTV 확인을 요청했지만 자기는 접근 권한이 없다는 이유로 확인을 미루었고, 결국 체크아웃 할 때까지 답변을 듣지 못했습니다. 체크아웃 이후 메시지로 CCTV에서 아무것도 확인 안 됐다는 답변만 왔을 뿐입니다. 아내는 숙박하는 내내 누군가 열쇠를 열고 침입할지도 모른다는 불안감에 시달려야 했습니다. 절대 비추천합니다.

생각보다 아주 괜찮았어요. 겨울이라 손님도 적고. 특히 주인부부께서 아주아주 친절하시고 청결하시더군요. 위치가 너무좋아서 번화가 한가운데라 여행하기 최고였어요!

솔광장에서 한 2-3분 거리? 위치는 정말 좋았음. 엘레베이터가 없다고 해서 걱정하며 갔는데. 2인용엘리베이터가 있었다. 일찍 도착했는데도 체크인해주셨고. 체크인하는데 보니까 다른곳 청소를 하고 계셨는데 정말 정말 깨끗하게 청소하시는 모습이 인상적이었음. 건물자체가 오래되어서 여러가지 시설들이 낙후된 느낌이 있는데(화장실 ㅋㅋ 드라이어랑 변기 물내리는게 진짜 ㅋㅋ) 근데 정말 깨끗하게 관리를 하셔서 불편함은 없었다. 와이파이도 빵빵하고 좋았음. 주인분들도 참 질절하셨음.

위치는 솔광장이랑 가깝고 방은 작지만 있을건다있습니다. 중앙홀에 컴퓨터와 전자렌지가 있고 아주머니 친절합니다.

good location, near plaza sol, and the room cleane everyday change towel every day

For people who just want to crash at night after a long day at a lowest price, this place might be good. But I didn't expect the room to be this small and I didn't like the sink inside the room either. It's not like it's dirty or the staff are unfriendly, but I just couldn't stand the place. Even though I already paid for two nights and couldn't get it refunded, I just booked another hotel room at a slighly higher price (about 10 euros more expensive for a night) near the place (which was much better), and moved there on the day I arrived.

방은 매우 작고 샤워실이라 하기에도 부족할만큼 작은 bath가 하나 있었지만 침대도 좋고 깨끗하고 위치도 너무 좋고 주인아주머니와 딸래미가 아주 친절 ㅎ

Great staff and customer service, their breakfast surpassed our expectations. Excellent location, close to everything.

Ok størrelse på rommet, men veldig lite bad. Forferdelig lytt og en aircondition som fungerte svært dårlig.

受付がどこにあるかわからなくて困りました。 受付は3Fでした。 悪い点がいくつかありました。 チェックインの際、事前にカードで 支払いしてたにもかかわらず、足りないので 差額分出してくれと言われました。 鍵を渡されて開ける際には癖のあるタイプで 苦労しました。早く修理してほしい。 しまいには、寒いにもかかわらず、 部屋の暖房は故障していて大変寒い 思いはするし、渡された毛布は黒ずんで 汚い跡が付いていて、使う気にもなりませんでした。 共同トイレ、共同シャワーです。 15室に対してトイレ2 室 シャワー1個でした。 2日目 シャワーは水しか出ないで使うのをやめました。 SOI駅から近くて便利ですが深夜まで人声がうるさいので 眠れませんでした。 ここは二度と予約しません。 今まで止まった中で最悪なホテルでした。

Posizione ottima ma la stanza doppia con bagno in comune e’ piccolissima! In piu’ la struttura e’ molto vecchia. Consiglio solo per la posizione, a due passi da Sol, per il resto non una grande esperienza.
