객실 청소상태가 좋지 않았습니다.. 주문 요청시 지체가 많이 됩니다... 수영장 시설은 좋았습니다.

직원들은 친절한 편이었고 로비의 장식 조명들이 매우 화려하고 젊은 취향을 잘 반영했다. 수영장은 아주 크진 않았지만 전용 비치가 있어 좋았다. 가격 대비 아주 만족한 호텔. 침대도 매우 편안했고 객실도 넓고 아늑했다. 바다 전망 객실을 이용했는데 뷰가 환상적이었다. 화장실 문이 유리로 되어있고 잠기지 않는 여닫이문이라 아쉬웠다. 조식도 훌륭했지만 치즈 하몽 과일 코너에 벌레가 꼬여 처리가 필요하다.

신행으로 숙박했습니다. 해변바로 앞에 위치하고 있어서 바다로부터 일출일몰 보는 경치가 아주 좋습니다. 산책로도 좋고, 조식도 괜찮은 편이였어요. 다만, 도심이랑 거리가 멀기 때문에 쇼핑을 하러 간다든지 올드타운 관광을 갈 경우에는 좀 번거롭기도 해요. (렌트하시는 분들에게는 추천) 침대는 싱글침대 두개를 붙여주셔서 그건 살짝 불편했습니다.

훌륭한 직원들, 훌륭한 서비스, 아름다운 부대시설(수영장, 까페, 바, 인근해변), 합리적인 숙박비용, 최고의 청결성, 무엇 하나 빠짐없이 완벽했던 숙소였습니다. 다음번에 마요르카에 온다면 주저않고 선택할 숙소입니다

The room was a bit small, but was clean and modern. Great value for money. There is an outdoor club next door, so if you don't like loud music avoid on the weekends. They end their parties ~2am, which is not too bad.

This property is fantastic!! They had really good music, rooms were very spacious and clean, the balcony was really nice and relaxing and in a perfect spot. Staff was always helpful and attentive. The gym was very handy.

Direkter Strandzugang. Frühstück und Mittagessen gut. Moderne Zimmer, nur die Reinigung des Zimmers bedarf Verbesserung.

Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer abgewohnt. Zu laut, kein Melia Standard bei den Gästen. Zuviel betrunkene, laute, proletuide Partypeople! Kein schöner Strand.

Camera confortevole, pulita e ben arredata. Parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Buffet buono e vario, colazione ottima.

Great location. Easy access to the beach. Great staff and service. Next to Nikki Beach with great music all day. I was not happy that there was no chair in the room and extremely small balcony which could not hang bathing suits to dry.

Loved it here! It was the perfect location for us to stay our entire stay in Mallorca and did a d ay trips to Sòller area and another day trip to Santanyi area! Buffet breakfast is absolutely amazing! The pools are lovely, stage is friendly, rooms and facilities are as they look of the pictures!

It’s simply not acceptable for guests to monopolize loungers by tossing a towel at sunrise and disappearing for hours. A fair system should allow a short grace period—30 to 45 minutes—after which staff clear unattended chairs and neatly place belongings in a designated area. This ensures everyone has an equal chance to enjoy the pool without playing a daily game of “towel wars.

One of the best hotels in the area

Got a call from staff about a noise complaint around 1400 that wasn't us. The staff proceeded to threaten us with security after i politely informed them they had the wrong person. Told them they could come see for themselves and continued to be rude. Also gave us the wrong room even though i paid for a better one. The area is beautiful but the cleaning people would come into our room when i had the do not enter sign on the door

Melia South Beach and Melia Calviá are basically 2 buildings but the same resort. The rooms are nice and clean and housekeeping is great. The location is wonderful with the beach and restaurants all right there. Very walkable. We purchased the half board option meaning breakfast and dinner were included. I would only buy the breakfast option in the future. The only dinner included was the buffet and the Calvia and it was not good. We only ate there 2 out of 6 nights and it was not good. They also charge you for drinks at this dinner, even water! I felt nickeled and dimed - we paid for an all inclusive dinner but we had to pay 8.50 EUR for a bottle of water. Also it wasn’t clear that the only included dinner option was the buffet so we went to the seafood restaurant the first night, only to be given a large bill The pool area is very nice and clean. You must put your towels out very early or you will not get a lounger. We ended up purchasing the double sunbeds for 60 EUR per day so we had a place to be. There are only 7 of them and they sell out. I booked them our last days ahead of time. They won’t be available on the same day. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of options. You can get a taxi to Palma for 45 EUR and the front desk will call them for you. The oceanfront room was very nice but it said there was a balcony but it was only a few inches. The Calvià looked to have larger balconies that you could walk on. Book the calvia and use the South Beach pool.

You have to pay for nearly every amenity it seems like after already paying plenty for the room. 2/3 of the beach was completely closed for our entire stay which is out of the control of the resort but then they still expected you to pay for a beach lounge chair and didn’t provide any additional chairs near the pool. I’ve stayed at other Melia resorts before and this is by far my most disappointing experience.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the buffet is good, the views are amazing and is organized. The food in the restaurant is gross. My husband ordered a medium well steak and he got well cook that taste horrible, the waitress took it back and he lost the appetite that night
