방에 들어섰을때 깔끔하고 잘 정돈되어있어 아주 만족했어요. 방도 생각보다 컸구요. 한가지 싫었던건 제 숙소가 일층이어서 그런지 모르겠는데 먹다남은 음식이 있으면 몇몇 개미들이 나오는점.. 이부분빼고는 다 좋았어요. 주인 아저씨도 친절하셨고 부탁하면 잘 들어주셨어요. 호텔 바로옆에 런드리서비스가 있고 유료로 사용가능해요. 호텔위치는 시티 바다로 나갈땐 좀 멀었어요. 걸어서 20분정도?? 그래도 걸어갈만 합니다. 2박을 머물렀는데 전체적 만족했습니다.

Arrived at check in time and couldn't access the property until someone turned up 40 minutes later to unlock the gate. No check in instructions were sent to me. Our room had no bench space and the skirting boards were missing around the floor area where ants were observed entering the room. The bathroom had no shower screen with water going everywhere, no exhaust fan or window in the bathroom and little to no bench space. For the first 2 nights of our stay there was a loud water flowing noise from the room above which was reported to the manager

Great locality for bowlers to Tweed Heads Bowls Club. Parking behind gates A1 . Good staff / clean and everything needed for short stay.

Very average, didn't see any staff, key was left in a lockbox at 1pm. No sleep due to being by a stairwell, walls paper thin for noise and other guests sitting in the carpark at 1am

Parking was safe and secure. Key entry to property. Staff were very friendly. Toiletries were supplied. Room was a bit old but it was very comfortable.

Sand on bedsheets, left over stuff by previous occupants inside bedside drawer, glasses not properly cleaned and not a single hanger in the closet.

The lady that my workers rang to say that they were going to be late checking in at 10.30pm was so accommodating and friendly. Excellent service.

If you like a very hard mattress and 1 hard pillow this is the place to stay.

Clean room and amenities. Secure parking, well maintained although an older motel. Walk across the road to club for meals. Staff were very friendly.

For a quick stopover, it is a fine spot. The AC in the room is fine, the bed is relatively comfortable, and the kitchenette is good to have, which has a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, some plates and bowls, utensils, and dish soap. It is easy to park as the spot is right outside the unit. However, there are quite a few noticeable issues. The reception is rarely staffed (maybe because it is between Christmas and New Year) so good luck if you have any questions or need any help. The bed rolls and you can't lock it in place. The bedsheet had a literal hole. The walls around the kitchennette had stains that either resembled either blood or tomato sauce. The shower doesn't have the best water pressure and isn't the warmest. The room also lacked outlets so we ended up charging our phone by the kitchennette.
