Einchecken schwierig am Automat. Zimmer zweckmäßig. Frühstück ebenso Nix besonderes. Lage zwischen lauter Hochhäusern. Einfach Arenal. Draußen überall in der Nacht Geschrei von Besoffenen.

Tolles neues Hotel (scheint mir ein 70er-jahre Bau zu sein, der 2025 kernsaniert wurde). Unglaulich auswahlreiches und tolles Frühstück, hab ich in deutlich teuerern Hotels so nicht gesehn.

Frukost menyn var bra, dock hade det varit bra om det stod vad det var för något. Rummen är bra, men lakanen och täcket gjorde att vi kliade oss ganska mycket. Kan bero på att det inte var rent eller att de tvättas med för mycket medel/kemikalier. Kontakt uttag lite problematiska, min parterns sängbord gav kortslutning på både iPhone laddare samt plattången. Jättebra service hjälpte oss att boka taxi ett flertal gånger. 10 minuters promenad till stranden eller små lokala restauranger. Finns även marknader vid stranden.

Did not particularly like the resort of Arenal but the hotel was clean , staff friendly and efficient . Unfortunately the sun did not come onto the pool until 11.30am and was gone by 4.30pm but it was only a few minutes to the beach . My only criticism was I found the bed hard but overall the hotel is good value for money and would recommend if on a budget .

Good value for money, breakfast has good variety although with few local specialities, Room is clean and tidy, freshly fitted. One minor inconvenience we had, the balcony door didn't close too well and the strong wind kept hauling laudly during the night which kept us awake

Insgesamt war das Hotel gut und lag nur etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt. Das Frühstück war immer lecker und vielfältig.

Grundsätzlich kann man das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Frühstück war ok, leider jeden Morgen Aufbackbrötchen, die hart waren. Kaffeemaschine war 5 Tage lang kaputt, kein Cappuccino oder Espresso. Teilweise Tische nicht sauber. Sehr schlecht ist die Parksituation rund um das Hotel. Ansonsten alles ok.

Zimmer Einrichtung war sehr gut, lediglich das Wasser ist nicht richtig abgelaufen nach dem Duschen und ist ins Zimmer gelaufen. Ansonsten war das preis Leistungsverhältnis Top

Breakfast serving hours were from 8-13:30. It was hard to have breakfast and catch the excursion bus. Two of our excursions had pick up time at 8:25. Pick up was not from hotel -10 min walking distance. It be nice to have breakfast served from 7:30

The outside looks old but inside is nice and modern with onsite security and good brunch

All staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy. 5mins walk to the beach and strip. The room was neat and clean.
