위치와 시설이 만족스럽습니다

good location .good price.everything really great for family.

아파트형이라 편안하고 고딕지구에 있어서 대성당학고도 가깝고 콜롬버스광장이 있는 해변가도 도보로 3분이면 가요. 욕실 침실 각각 2개씩 있고 부엌과 세탁기가 있어서 가족이 장기간 머무르기에 좋은 아파트입니다. 근데 조금 아쉬운 점은 late check in이 있어서 40유로를 따로 받으며 첫날 체크인 할때 난방시설을 제대로 확인해주지 않아서 라디에터가 돌지 않아 추웠어요. 다음날 바로 항의했더니 하루치 숙박비를 환불해 주며 방을 바꾸어 주더라구요. 그것만 아니면 다시 바르셀로나 간다면 그곳에 숙박하고 싶어요.

아주만족스럽습니다. 4명가족이 큰거실에서 요리도 하고 재미있게 지냈어요 근처에 맛있는 집도 많고 구경하기고 편하고 바르셀로네타 해변도 가깝고 피카소미술관도 가까웠습니다. 산미구엘시장도 이용가능하구요 까르프도 걸어다닐만 했어요

It is very nice location near by many of tour spot. There is limited service and they do not clean room during stay(is it normal for apportment?). If you need to have extra towel, you should ask in morning time because the cleaning person is only accessable. I ask for a taxi service from airport and back again. But the taxi is not comes when I leave in early of morning. There is no way to contact anybody because they only open 8 am, then I should work to catch a taxi with my 2 x big luggages in a rain for 10 minutes.

고딕지구의 다양한 문화재를 볼 수 있음. 피카소 미술관 도보 이용 가능. 도보 5분거리에 바다가 있어 쇼핑몰 구경 및 바다 산책하기 좋음.

다닥다닥 붙어있는 건물의 외관과는 달리 객실의 공간은 충분히 넓었으며 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있었음. 특히 화장실과 샤워공간이 매우 편리했으며 완전한 주방이 딸려있어서 식사를 준비하는 데 큰 도움이 되었음. 보케리니 시장에서 사온 해산물을 요리해서 먹는 재미가 있었음. 구도심 중심지인 고딕지구에 위치하고 있으며 주변 1km 이내에 관광지, 재래시장, 쇼핑센터, 바닷가 등 거의 모든 것이 다 있어서 많은 곳을 걸어서 접근할 수 있다는 점이 매우 큰 장점이었음.

굉장히 깔끔하고 시설 좋은 아파트였습니다. 마트에서 장 봐서 밥 해먹기도 아주 좋았고요. 침구도 깨끗하고 관리 상태도 아주 좋은 편입니다. 리셉션에서 맞아주던 직원도 아주 친절했고요. (체크인하실 때는 아파트 바로 옆 기념품샵으로 가시면 됩니다) 그런데 골목에 위치하고 있어서 밤 늦게 돌아다니기엔 좀 위험한 곳이었어요. 여자분들끼리만 묵으시기엔 좀 불안한 곳인 것 같아요~

아파트먼트 숙소 중에 최고 였습니다. 거실과 침실, 욕실이 모두 분리되어 있고 충분히 넓었습니다. 위치 또한 고딕지구에 있어 찾아가기는 어려웠지만 완벽했습니다.

only one thing bad is hard to find

바르셀로나에서 5일 지냈습니다. 물론 아파트라 호텔의 서비스(청소 및 수건/휴지 등의 비품 구비)를 기대할 수 없었지만 위치, 청결, 부대 시설 등에서 최고의 아파트였습니다. 다음에 또 이용하고 싶어요 ^^

Fantastic area of town and the staff was readily helpful with very good communication. I really appreciated the spaciousness and the fair pricing for such a lovely place.

The complete staff were amazing from the time of check in to check out. They even allowed us to use there rooftop amenities after 5pm because our flight was not until 10:30pm. They gave us fresh towels to use and they allowed us to keep our stuff in their office locked safely until we were ready to leave for the airport. We had a pleasant stay with them and would definitely recommend and stay with them again ! I would give 10 stars if possible.

We found the apartment spacious & we felt safe once inside. We arrived late afternoon and it was starting to get dark. The alley was quite creepy. Lots of sketchy people walking by. Apartment was surface cleaned. Not deep cleaned. There was mould in bathroom shower. While I could tell the beds had freshly washed sheets, pillowcases and blankets it just felt that overall the room wasn’t sparkled. The curtains were old and musty. The couches were not vacuumed. It honestly felt like a spacious hostel. We asked for more towels on our second day & were told there was a charge for that. Towels themselves were thin and very old (washed obviously, but used too many times) Great location close to Ramblas, but don’t walk alone at night.

Excellent location

The apartment itself is nice - a lot of space, newly renovated, and the neighborhood is lovely with tons of art and food. However it is very lively through the night, and in the apartment you can hear everything from the street. You can also hear everything within the building including other people coming home, flushing their toilets, banging doors. Light from other units streams into one of the bedrooms without a curtain and kept us up. The property itself is under construction so the entrance to the building is not finished and in disarray. But the most disappointing thing was that the showers did not have hot water…! The apartment itself had hot water in the sinks, but the showers would not get even warm water. We noticed this the first evening and contacted support, we called multiple times, texted multiple times, had to keep repeating the same information to different people, and ultimately it was never fixed. They went as far as to suggest that we should change our plans during our one day visit to the city to meet their maintenance person. Then they suggested that we were just using the showers incorrectly. It was really quite frustrating and disappointing that we never had hot water in the showers, and they would not compensate us for this significant inconvenience.

Apartment had mold issues and smelled of mold through out the apartment. The bathrooms were poorly renovated and did not function that well with mold in all the corners even after being cleaned. Must of been nice at on point but was both poorly renovated and has been worked over in recent years and showing it's age. Would return after a rebuild of the bathrooms as the location was wonderful.
