가족과 함께 하는 여행에 적격이었습니다. 위치는 번화가에서 지하철 세 정거장 정도로 떨어져 있었지만, 오히려 주변이 조용해 편안하게 쉬기에 알맞은 곳이었습니다. 직원들이 상주해있지는 않지만, 정해진 시간 내에서 친절하게 응대해 줬습니다. 그러나 디파짓 같은 경우는 미리 고지가 없어 막상 가서 알게 돼 조금 당황스러웠습니다.

Good location but issues with air conditioning which the hotel resolved. No on site hotel staff but it’s an apartment rental in a safe and secure modern building.

The apartment itself was fine, but the check-in process was very frustrating. When we arrived at the property, we were told we had to go to another location to collect the keys. This was never mentioned beforehand. As a result, we ended up paying for three taxi rides just to be able to check in. This added unexpected costs and wasted time. The host really needs to make this clear in the listing so guests can plan properly.

The only thing not great was an internet outage for a day. But, they fixed it as fast as could be done.

Nice clean property with all you need for a weekend break. Good location, walking distance to pretty much wherever you want to go. Be aware that as there is no reception you need to pick up your key a short distance away. You also pay a 350 Euro refundable deposit.

Smaller than expected, just sofa and bedroom. We ere expecting one more room witth beds, no comfy pillows for people who had to sleep on sofa. Very average experience for such price.

To check in you have to go to the management office which is 15 min away by taxi!! They wouldn't allow more than 5 people that has space for 6. Location was great.

En general es un apartamento que está bien. Falta un tanto de comunicación, ya que por ejemplo necesitábamos papel de baño y no había nadie en recepción que nos indicase donde cogerlo. Por lo demás sin pegas

Reception is at a different location that apartment. Tv wasn’t working due to broken cable. Apartment smelled old. Bathroom sync was slow to drain and smelled. Lots of flying bugs even though windows were closed. One light in bathroom was burned creating a darker bathroom because of dark brown shower tiles. AC was working on main living room but spotty on bedrooms.

Apartamento incrível, supriu todas as necessidades da minha família. Camas confortáveis, toalhas e tudo mais. O sistema de aquecimento funciona perfeitamente o que nos deu maior conforto dentro de todas as áreas do apartamento. Excelente localização em uma área que tem tudo perto, desde mercados a estação de Metrô, padarias a escolher. O.unico ponto um pouco desconfortável é o fato de ter que ir fazer o check in em um lugar diferente, a funcionária que nós atendeu extremamente simpática, falava um português italiano maravilhoso que também nos ajudou bastante. Em geral foi tudo muito bom.

It is located in a nice neighborhood very close to the metro and dining.but far from most tourist attractions and when using a taxi, it adds up. The apartment itself was ok on the first floor, you need to walk 40 minutes to pick up the keys or drive for 16 mins. It needs to be updated. My issues were, both sliding doors in the bedroom and living room were broken and couldn’t lock them,which caused anxiety for my daughter at night. We asked property manager to fix it but they never did. The bathroom had a big window and when looked at it from the outside you can see everything a person is doing,so I covered it with a small blanket I had. The curtains in the bedroom were sheer and see through no privacy from surrounding buildings. We scheduled one time cleaning since we booked it for a week, but they never showed up to clean. The pull-up sofa and chairs were very old and not comfortable at all. The most annoying thing was the neighbors up stairs. You can hear everything especially late at night We couldn’t sleep sometimes from the noise.for the money we paid I’d rather get a hotel room in a better location.

It is very clean and spacious. I like that there are two sinks. There is L3 metro within two mins. of walking. There are also buses. The area is quiet but very convenient. There are a few markets and a good number of restaurants. There is also a fruit shop where we bought some good fruits. The check-in location is about 20 mins. by taxi which was not expected. One of the floor tile was loose in the living room and one of the cabinet doesn’t close well. We were charged a EU 350 deposit and they returned it after we checked out. It is a little bit far to the Barcelona beach, about half an hour by car. If you plan to go there a lot, you may want to find some place closer. Otherwise, it is a good place to stay.

El lugar estaba muy limpio, muy bien equipado, camas y almohadas cómodas, toda la ropa de cama y toallas de buena calidad. Muy bien localizado. Le pondría 5 estrellas, solo que tuve que ir a un lugar lejos del apartamento para obtener las llaves y hacer check-in, y por la hora no pudieron instalarme una cuna para bebé.
