Great and perfect cozy

편안한 침구와 방안가득 퍼진 은은한 향기 덕분에 여행 중 피로가 많이 회복되었습니다. 축제에 대한 설명도 자세히 해주어 유용했습니다. 친절한 직원과 모던함속에 옛날모습을 간직한 인테리어 모두 최고였습니다. 이 호텔에 머문 시간이 짧은것이 아쉬웠습니다.

Caro hotel is located in the center of Valencia which has good access to old town of the city. You can walk easily 10-20 min and reach almost anywhere. The room is spacious and uniquely designed so you can enjoy the beauty of boutique hotel. The service is generally good so you can feel comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone.

Our stay at the Claro Hotel was very unique and top notch! Our check in was very informative and they made us feel very informed! Every evening, we were delivered 2 treats and the next day’s weather forecast on a little card! The inroom bar is free and they restock daily! Excellent service and kind staff!

We actually check out of this room after one night. The staff is amazing and friendly, however the rooms are so minimalistic that they feel like a prison cell (it actually depressed me waking up there). Dark, grey with only stiff chairs to sit in. It is just a style I can't appreciate but I can image others might love. Also the bed was really low (below my knees in height) and also wasn't inviting to lounge around in. The staff tried to accommodate with another room but there was really nothing available that was appropriate (stairs in the room without banisters) or didn't cost another 200 euros per night. Also I felt the area was sketchy for two women alone at night. Either way you travel to the hotel you need to go down a poorly lit, quiet street. It didn't feel safe. However this means the hotel is in a really quiet area. Also, I really love to have a coffee/tea station in my room. Here they deliver it to your room at no cost but I am not going to order more then once. While if it were in the room I would have 2 cups of coffee in the morning and a couple of cups of tea in the evening. The rooms were very clean. Again, I feel like I didn't research the hotel enough and let myself be swayed by the high ratings but it was far to austere for my liking.

The staff were exceptional and the location was ideal for walking. Thanks for making our stay wonderful!
