Acho que foi o melhor servico de hotel que tivemos no PERU. Organizaram passeior, forneceram agua todos os dias como cortesia. O quarto nao tinha muita luz natural, mas era muito espaçoso e confortável. O banho sempre quente. Havia uma chaleira e saches em uma pequena copa no quarto. Alem disso, a uma quadra e meia do Monasterio de Santa Catalina e 3 quadras da Plaza de Armas. Tudo pertinho. Fizemos tudo a pé.

De início, tive dúvida... Ao passar o tempo, vi que foi uma excelente opção. Fortemente indicado! Serviço bom, pessoal gentil e café da manhã excelente.

The room was an iceberg…Frigid, they claimed the heater was broken, provided a blanket, my father ended up sick with bronchitis. I think it was warmer in the street than in the room. Horrible experience!!!

Is a nice property, closed to restaurants and 6 minutes walking distance from the Plaza de Armas. The staff is amazing. But the hotel Is in a lonely street, and the breakfast is poor, just only eggs and bread with juice and coffee. The last day I prefer to get out for breakfast. The room is ok but the last day when I was packaged my things I shook the sheets, and I found rice on the bed!!! I never ate in the room! It was disgusting!

La calle donde se encuentra el hotel es solitaria y un poco oscura, y la entrada del hotel no está iluminada así que nos costó encontrarla. Nos dieron una habitación en el sótano, si bien tenía ventana alta a un patio había poca ventilación. El desayuno te lo llevan a la habitación pero tienes que llamar cada vez a la recepción para pedirlo y no hay variedad aunque de sabor está bueno.

Pagué $328 dólares por 2 noches y al menos esperaba un buen desayuno, totalmente decepcionante

El ingreso al hotel es complicado porque casi no están en recepción nunca entendí el porque, pero cada que regresaba tenía que esperar en la puerta y recién al casi tercer llamado aparecían.
