it was great stay at rumi wasi. especially, manager and staff were very nice and gentle so i felt at home. it gave me good experiences of 17th century house of colonial peru with best services. 적절한 가격에 최상급 서비스 아르마스광장으로부터 약간 오르막에 있어 쿠스코 첫방문에 걸어서 가기는 힘들수 있지만, 룸상태나 스태프 친절함에 만족. 독특한 룸 인테리어에 일반 호텔과는 다른 경험 매니저(manuel)가 영어를 잘 하고 대단히 친절함

very clean, kind staffs, free taxi It is a hotel with a feeling of a local home. It is a bit hard to get back and forth on an uphill road. But It has great view!

아르마스 광장과 가까운 위치에 있어서 관광에 편리합니다. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 고객 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 느낌을 받았습니다. 언덕을 조금 올라가야 하긴하지만 가는 골목도 예쁘고 방에서 쿠스코의 야경을 내려다 볼 수 있어서 괜찮았습니다. 욕실 매우 깨끗하고 온수 잘나오고요. 처음에 갈때 픽업서비스 없이 그냥 갔더니 나중에 체크아웃하고 공항으로 갈때 차량을 제공해주었습니다.

The staff are incredibly helpful especially the wonderful manager! The room that has a rooftop terrace is unique and highly recommended.

Staff were amazing

Small historic hotel with a courtyard, walking distance from the square. We enjoyed breakfast with a view outdoors and they were kind enough to keep our luggage while we did a trek and then returned.

The setting is amazing! A 1700’s building with cobblestone streets next to the city center. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is the room we were in had the same sliding glass door for both the shower and the toilet. There is no privacy for the toilet. The other room we were in has a separate toilet room.

Very friendly staff, clean unique bedroom, breakfast on the balcony overlooking Cusco was amazing. For me the only slight is that it’s a big step into shower/bath (I’m 5’4”) but that said, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

We had an excellent stay at Rumi Wasi. In particular, Manuel Amaut was outstanding, and his English language skills were super helpful! Upon arrival, Manuel provided wise counsel about acclimating to the altitude, which was spot on. Later, our son had to go to the hospital for what was diagnosed as a bruised rib, and Manuel made all the arrangements, including coordination with the hospital to ensure a short wait and an English-language doctor. Rumi Wasi was a charming, quiet and a super comfortable lodging!

Impeccable

Best place we stayed on our Peru trip. Very cute, close to Plaza de Armas, tasty breakfast every morning, friendly staff, good shower pressure / heating. Would recommend this place if you're staying in Cusco!
