직원들은 아주 친절하고 방도 아주 깨끗합니다. 아르마스광장에서 가깝기는 하지만 진입로가 좁고 경사져 있어서 차량이 못 들어옵니다.

it was great stay at rumi wasi. especially, manager and staff were very nice and gentle so i felt at home. it gave me good experiences of 17th century house of colonial peru with best services. 적절한 가격에 최상급 서비스 아르마스광장으로부터 약간 오르막에 있어 쿠스코 첫방문에 걸어서 가기는 힘들수 있지만, 룸상태나 스태프 친절함에 만족. 독특한 룸 인테리어에 일반 호텔과는 다른 경험 매니저(manuel)가 영어를 잘 하고 대단히 친절함

very clean, kind staffs, free taxi It is a hotel with a feeling of a local home. It is a bit hard to get back and forth on an uphill road. But It has great view!

아르마스 광장과 가까운 위치에 있어서 관광에 편리합니다. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 고객 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 느낌을 받았습니다. 언덕을 조금 올라가야 하긴하지만 가는 골목도 예쁘고 방에서 쿠스코의 야경을 내려다 볼 수 있어서 괜찮았습니다. 욕실 매우 깨끗하고 온수 잘나오고요. 처음에 갈때 픽업서비스 없이 그냥 갔더니 나중에 체크아웃하고 공항으로 갈때 차량을 제공해주었습니다.

The room is neat and clean. The shared living room is cosy, and I like it so much. The manager is very helpful and informative and provided us with good advice. My partner and I had a great time in Cuzco.

Absolutely beautiful villa and property. Staff made breakfast for us every morning, which was very good - especially the fresh juice. Transport from Cuzco was arranged for us and was very convenient. A wonderful experience overall.

We loved our stay! The manager was so friendly, easy to reach and accommodating. Breakfast delivered to your room, cozy bed and beautiful architecture. The balcony view was incredible and it’s a short walk to so many shops and restaurants! Will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

The staff was so friendly and the manager Manuel wasn’t able to greet us but called and welcomed us. Our room was incredible with our own private rooftop balcony. Will definitely book here next time I’m in Cusco!

The building itself is beautiful. The manager Manuel is very nice and friendly. He provided us with a lot of useful information.

The breakfast ordering system was wonderful. The owner and staff were accommodating. We had laundry done in less than a day. The hotel was in a good location and well taken care of. My only recommendation would be pillows that aren't so full, for sleepers with neck problems like myself. Otherwise, no complaints. I would definitely stay there again.

I cannot say enough about this lovely place. It felt historically rustic but also felt like a classy spa because of the details that were in place. The care that went into creating & caring for this place was very evident. Breakfast was delivered to us at our chosen time so we could dine in with the menu items that we had chosen the night before. Very fresh fruit. Good coffee, etc. Everything was very clean. It felt luxurious. Location was perfect! Shopping & restaurants were a short walking distance. Staff was very helpful with arranging transportation from airport & to train station.

The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond — they took the time to explain what to keep in mind for proper acclimatization, and even shared the history of the residence, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was good, and the view from the hotel balcony was absolutely breathtaking — one of those views you don't forget. The room was quite small but very functional and well laid out. It was a bit damp, but the space heater provided made it perfectly comfortable. The hotel is situated a little uphill on the street, but honestly, it's a minor inconvenience given how close you are to all the city's main attractions. A great place to stay if you want character, warmth, and a killer view!

It was a great stay. They have a water cooler available in the common area making it easily to fill up waterbottle and kettles. As well as coco leaves and tea to help you acclimate. In the rooms they had an electric kettle, teapot and heater. The beds were comfortable and the showernwas great. The day before you complete a Google form for your what, when and where you would like to have breakfast. They are very punctual and the food was good. It is at the top of a hill on a small road. If you have day trips they cannot pick you up from the hotel due to the small street. I forgot my shoes in the room after I checked out and they held on to them until I got back after our 4day Inca trail trek. The communication was great and very accommodating. Overall a great stay.

The room was really nice with the stonework and candles, everything was clean and the bed comfortable. Manuel was very helpful both prior to arrival and during our stay. Breakfast was nice too. The location is very good, only a 5 minute walk from the plaza and although up a hill we didn't find it too challenging. The only negative was that there was some noise from above the room on both nights, I'm not sure if this was another guest or staff area.

The staff was very attentive and communicative, reaching out via WhatsApp prior to our arrival. Check in was easy and the property is beautiful and surprisingly modern. No elevator, so be prepared for lots of stairs, but the staff takes your bags to your room for you as part of the check in process. You order breakfast the night before via a QR code in your room and can choose the time and where you have breakfast (your room is an option and they will bring it to you!). Centrally located right by the main square, which was ideal for tour meeting points. The manager even held our bags and arranged airport transportation for us for our departure. Expedia has it noted that there is a complementary airport shuttle, but that wasn't the case - it was only $13, so not a big deal. Everyone was very nice, the rooms unique and clean, and a good location...I would absolutely stay here again.
