This hotel deserves a 4 star hotel. Staffs are kind, the room is clean, close to the downtown, and the breakfast offered is very good. I would like to stay here when I visit Salerno next time.

간 날 마침 도로에서 공사하고 있어서 소리가 엄청 시끄러웠습니다. 조용한 방을 요청했더니 그나마 괜찮긴 했고요. 스태프들은 친절한 편이었는데 공사 시간에 대해 거짓말한 분이 한 명 있었고, 냉장고 불이 깜빡이는 자잘한 고장을 말했으나 고치진 못해서 수면에 방해가 됐고, 샤워실이 너무 어둡고 천장에 붙어있는 해바라기식 샤워라 제가 쓰기엔 불편했네요.

Montestella is located in Salerno cennter. So it is easy to go when you go in Salerno. The cost also very reasonable. But if you want to find good facilities, you should find the other hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The girl at the front desk was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my visit. She made check-in and any questions I had very easy. and even help us schedule a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was just okay, but it had eggs and sausage, which is what I ate every morning, so it worked well for me. it has other stuff too but for warm food that was all. The location was very convenient and made it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again

Dear Staff. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The room was big and clean. By staying at your hotel we were walking distance to many locations including delicious restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotellet var faktiskt helt okej Fanns väl några små grejer AC var lite svår reglerad allt eller inget Toalettstolen var lös Saknades krokar utanför duschen där man kunde hänga badhandduk Golvlister i hallen var lite uppsvällda av vatten. Så man kan ju misstänka att det kan finnas lite mögel där Men annars helt okej trevlig personal Bodde 8 nätter och vi överlevde Salerno är en trevlig stad

The room smelled very odd and was overwhelming. We tried to turn on the air conditioning to circulate air and cool the room but it didn’t work. We ended up renting a room elsewhere for the night. When we checked out someone put a portable air unit in the room but it was after we left. The carpets in the halls show wear and tear beyond normal and could use a replacement. We did come back and enjoy the breakfast.

Stayed at 4 different hotels in Italy and this one was our favourite by far!

The room was overpriced for what we received, with a nightly rate comparable to a luxury apartment in Capri. We did not feel welcome at check-in; the young lady simply stared when we approached and only gave us one key while taking two passports and checking in two people. As we walked past staff, our acknowledgments were met with scowls. The room was not well-maintained, with a lot of dust in certain areas and a bathroom in need of attention. The worst part was the shower drain, which would back up, leaving us standing in water throughout the shower. The air conditioner did not effectively cool the room. On a positive note, the location was convenient, being close to Pizzeria da Michele and Salerno train station. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet, which was a plus. At check-out, the morning receptionist was warm and kind, but she was the only welcoming person we encountered. Breakfast was included and had essentials like coffee, toast, and water.

We booked Hotel Montestella after we arrived at a horrible unsafe and dirty VRBO and needed an emergency place to stay for the next 4 nights. This place was a life saver for us and so clean! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and am very grateful that there was a room available. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to my friends and family. Thank you so much!!!

Overall Great!

Hotel rinnovato di recente anche se nel farlo hanno dimenticato qualche piccola cosa (la ventola per l’aria nel bagno cieco, il gancio per l’asciugamano della doccia). Camera abbastanza spaziosa e silenziosa, eccetto per dei rumori che venivano dallo scarico del lavandino e dalla doccia. Molto calda, infatti sono stata costretta a far accendere l’aria condizionata. Personale disponibile. Colazione abbastanza varia.

Great Location, Though Mind the Early Checkout I had a pleasant stay here, and for the price point, it is a very decent option. The absolute highlight is the location, which is amazing and made getting around incredibly convenient. However, there are a couple of things to keep in mind: • Checkout Time: At 10:30 AM, this is the earliest checkout I’ve ever experienced. It felt a bit rushed, so be sure to plan your morning accordingly. • Breakfast: While convenient to have on-site, I found the selection to be a bit underwhelming and basic. Overall, if you are looking for a well-located home base and don't mind an early start on your final day, it’s a solid choice for the value.
