What amazing place to enjoy your free time Lovely atmosphere

Everything was great … except that the room I booked via Expedia was not given to me … they said anything booked via Expedia is not given priority … really pissed me off … please remedy … I booked a top room with balcony and was given a lower floor room with no balcony … very upset !

No hot water, tv remote control not working, no entry key working properly, dirty pool, no pool service, etc, etc

There was no hot water for multiple days. The spa was very poor. Outside massage with construction equipment running - stressful. Service took a long time in the only restaurant. I won’t go back.

Excelente lugar, elegante, moderno. Sólo no guste del ruido, la música muy alta, mucha máquina de cortar pasto, mucha construcción cerca...ruido.

It was our anniversary and it was better than expected. From the moment you arrive it is a wow factor. The service was at 150% at all times from everyone. The Food was amazing and the juices where freshly made as you order them. The rooms are perfect and it even had a special area outside your room. Do I recommend it???? It is the only place I would stay from now on when in Pereira. The Best!!!!!!

The place was great. Super clean, wonderful room. It was such a relaxing stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious; the taste and the presentation. Highly recommend it.
