주인 아저씨 정말 좋으세요!!! 친구랑 저랑 둘다 30키로가 넘는 캐리어를 들고 갔는데 아저씨가 그걸 위에 방까지 다 올려다주셨어요..체크아웃할 때도 미리 연락하라고 하시면서 다시 내려다주셨고요. 서비스 정말 감동이었어요ㅎㅎ 방 상태도 깔끔하니 만족스러웠고요. 조식도 정갈히 나옵니다! 그런데 정말 여기는 배낭을 맨 사람이 아니고는 올라올 때 개고생합니다... 캐리어를 온몸으로 밀면서 올라왔는데 농담말고 정말 죽을 뻔했어요...매끈한 도로가 아니라서 바퀴가 중간에 계속 걸리고, 경사는 엄청나고... 한 손으로 가뿐히 들고 올라올 수 있는 가방이 아니고서야 절대 친퀘테레에는 숙박 잡지마세요ㅠㅠ

I stayed in this hotel for two days with my mum, and we loved the room and the service!! Before I booked my room I read some negative opinions about how steep the street was to get to this hotel, but if your bags are not tooooo heavy and you are strong enough to walk around Cinque terre, it is not a big deal. The room is simple but spacious and clean. Above all, the owner(it's shame that I don't know his name!!) is very kind and he does his best for the guests' comfort with smile :-) As soon as I booked the room, he sent an email and explained how to get to the hotle. Although I arrived late in the evening it wasn't difficult to find the hotel. I'll definately stay in this hotel again if I luckily have a chance to visit Cinque terre again. 깔끔하고 주인아저씨가 정말 친절해서 저절로 기분이 좋아지는 호텔이에요. 위치가 마을 위쪽에 있지만 기차역에서 아주 멀지 않고, 경사길을 올라야 하지만 큰 짐이 두개 이상 있는게 아니라면 충분히 오를만해요. 예약과 동시에 호텔 찾아오는 길을 주인아저씨가 메일로 보내주셨고 큰 길만 따라가면 되서 밤에 도착했는데도 금방 찾았어요. 호텔이 경사에 따라 3동으로 구성되서 객실건물은 2, 3번째 층에 있는데 맨 꼭대기 건물 객실에서 바다가 멀리 보이고 경치가 좋아요. 바다를 보고싶으시면 미리 알아보고 예약하시면 될 거에요.

Arrived in Riomaggiore early, a breathtaking village, and was able to leave our luggage while the room was being prepared. Returned an hour later (still earlier than official check in), and room was ready. Enrique was extremely helpful, providing information about the Cinque Terre Parco hike. His wife makes an amazing cappuccino at breakfast time. Breakfast was light and delicious, and did the job to fuel us for our hikes. Each room has a terrace which is ideal for watching the sunset after a long day. The location is walkable to the restaurants, the start of the Cinque Terre hike, the sea, where there is a small rocky public beach and about 15 minutes to the train station. Of all the towns, Riomaggiore has the most personality, is less busy than Monterosso but an easy train ride to all the villages which are worth checking out. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area.

Great place to stay, so close to the station and main area/ marina. Lots of restaurants close by. Very safe and secure. Rooms kept very clean. Only thing to be aware of it’s about 7/8 min uphill, but most hotels in the area are the same. Would stay again here. Enrique was very informative of things to do/ cheap transport passes etc.

This is a great hotel with perfect access to the Cinque Terre. Riomaggiore is undoubtedly the most charming of the five villages in the Cinque Terre. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The hotel owners were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had all we needed for a day of exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to come back there with family and friends.

We loved our stay here! The room is very spacious and has a large balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast each morning. The room also has closet space with hangers, a mini fridge, and a hair dryer. The free breakfast has lots of great options including any type of coffee you'd like! If you are not very mobile, this is not the hotel for you (and possibly not the city for you). Getting to the center of the town requires you to go up/down a very steep hill, and depending on what floor you're on there are a decent amount of steps to your room. Google Maps will take you a longer way to get to the hotel, read your email the day before your stay because they emailed out directions for an easier route. The concierge was very helpful with a lot of recommendations for us.

Enrico was very attentive and a great host. Hotel suited our needs. Comfortable bed and spacious room although you will have to climb some stairs
