가격대비 위치며 서비스는 괜찮았다..직원들도 친절하고...그치만 조식은 그닥 별루다...다음에 또 이도시 온다면 좀더 성당쪽 위치 호텔로 잡을것같다

The lady at the reception counter was very patient and helpful in helping my reservation of the last minutes booking for one day trip to the Ribeira Sacra, which fulfilled the purpose of my visit back to Ourense!

Nice view and perfect location. The bathroom was kinda funky. All glass offered no privacy and tub/shower was not easy to get in and out of. Great staff and super clean.

This is a hotel in a hilly area so not good if you have mobility problems. Car park nearby. Good restaurants to walk to

Hotel was very nicely appointed, we were skeptical because of prior reviews however we found the facilities were very clean, the room decor was nice, our room had balconies and the hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. We would stay there again!

El desayuno con calidad baja,no tiene nada que ver con otros NH que suelo utilizar.Se termino la tortilla de patatas 20 minutos antes de cerrar el comedor ,solicite màs tortilla y me dijeron que estaba proximo el cierre del comedor y no me la hicieron.Me propusieron hacerme una tortilla francesa,no acepte.No se puede calcualr tan mal la cantidad de oferta de tortilla de patatas durante el tiempo del desayuno.Por otra parte que mal gusto la decoración del hotel,

Baño con cristalera abierta dando a la habitación. Y apenas insonorizado con puerta que se oye todo. Por que hacen los baños asi? Nunca lo entenderé
