흠잡을 데가 없네요. 점심 뷔페 좋았습니다.

직원들이 무례하네요. 관리 시스템을 개선해 주세요 🙏🏻.

이야기는 이렇습니다. 체크인할 때 컵 2개와 숟가락 1개를 주었습니다. 커피를 만들려고 할 때 저는 머릿속으로 "컵은 2개인데 숟가락은 1개뿐인 이유는 뭐지?"라고 말했습니다. 다음 날 체크아웃하려고 했을 때, "누락된 숟가락"에 대한 요금을 청구했습니다. 왜 누군가가 2박을 지불하고 빌어먹을 숟가락을 훔쳤을까요? 세상에. 정말이에요? 아, 그리고 방 중 하나에서 샤워 물이 매우 냄새가 났습니다.

Hotel is nice, they only have few staff but able to maintain the cleanliness.

Check in was smooth, just had to wait until 14:00 to be able to get in to a room (not before that). Had requested for a deluxe room (double bed) with balcony having pool view, and had set of chairs inside the room, at first I didn't get a room I requested but a front staff was kind enough to manage for me. The resort atmosphere was nice, small but giving you chill&relax vibes. There was a kitty family in the resort, which had most attention by the guests :) The breakfast was only downside for me, limited choices and not a good selection at all. Besides that, I had a great time here. Will consider to stay here again if there's a chance.

The price was too expensive. I was expecting a greater room with that price. And there's no halal food provided at the hotel. Thanks
