Smoking room, as expected. Hassle free check-in. You can drop your luggage before 3pm. All necessity are working well.

Hotel room is a bit too small but the room is clean and comfort also the amenity is superb. The location is also reasonably quite close to kanda st.

APA hotel is good hotel. With the price you must spent is equally worth. Their services are good and the room is clean.

We go travel to Tokyo as a group of 20 and as checked, this hotel is 150+rooms 's hotel sizing. We need to check out and leave our luggages as our flight is in the evening but the hotel wouldn't allow us all to leave the luggages, the staff said, there's no space for it so first come first serve. The thing is leaving the luggage at the lobby is the normal service for customers, if your hotel have 150+rooms capacity, you have to manage your space for this service.
