My friends and I checked in yesterday, Aug. 3. The room was only good for 2 and we added for an extra person charge which is Php1,500 so that we could be in 1 room. When we checked inside the room, they gave us a very sticky room, a room that's beside a construction on going the building and a no telephone room (which makes it hard to call for service from the staff as we are located o the 2nd floor) We had to call the attention of the staff as the floor was so sticky, and the construction was too loud because it was literally just beside the other room (hammering and drilling) We asked for a room change because we really couldn't rest as the sound will kill you or irritate you when you try to sleep. What they offered was only to stop the construction at that moment but the next day, construction started very early and it'll wake you up. I don't think that this experience is a good one cause we came here for leisure and rest from work and to distress, but, the noise of the construction will be much of your worry. The AC in the room that we got wasn't also cold enough.

Dirty and old looking towels in the bathroom. Low water supply in the toilet. Disgusting breakfast to think this is not a cheap hotel. Mold in the room ceiling. Thank you to Traveloka customer service assistance that our room had an upgrade after submitting proofs

This place is super perfect. I love everything about this place. The food the ambiance the pool and the staffs are nice as well. Will definitely return to this place again

The service of the resort is nice in general. Point for improvement for the restaurant because some waiters are not giving eye contact to customers. Maybe they are afraid of being summoned. There was one time we waited for 1 hour for our free breakfast. After waiting for so long, it ended up that no one was preparing for our breakfast.

The staff were really great.
