리모콘 디포짓 10유로, 금고 디포짓 10유로, 금고사용료 2유로(1박당) 있습니다. 해변까지 가는 무료 버스 서비스 있어서 편하구요. 위치 좋습니다. 해변까지 가깝고 각종 액티비티(돌핀투어,스쿠버,아쿠아랜드,골프장, 카트라이딩, 낙타타기)하기 좋고 ATM이나 슈퍼마켓, 식당(일식당 중식당 근처에 있음)도 많습니다. 다만 한국인을 포함한 동양인 구경하기 어려워서 많은 주목을 받습니다. 2박하는 동안 동양인 가족은 저희를 포함, 일본인 가족 1그룹 밖에 구경못했네요. 대부분 독일인 노부부나 가족단위로 찾는 곳이라 음식 등의 우선순위가 독일인 고객에 맞춰져 있었습니다. 아침 저녁 제공하는데 아침에 스크램블 에그 빼면 다 맛있었네요. 시설은 낡았지만 넓고 사용하는데 불편함은 없었습니다. 위치가 좋아서 추천합니다.

This hotel has provided one of the worst experiences we have ever had. We stayed here for eight days, and not once was the room properly cleaned. On the only day the cleaner came, she took the blanket from our bed. When we asked about it, we were told it was in the laundry and that there was no replacement, forcing us to sleep without a blanket. Despite multiple requests for cleaning, the only thing they did was make the bed – no vacuuming, no bathroom cleaning, nothing. We asked if they could wash the dishes, since there was no dish soap or brush provided. They said it was “not included,” so we had to go out and buy these ourselves. We even requested a knife to cut a watermelon we had bought, but they didn’t have one. The room we were given was filthy and nothing like what we booked – dirty surfaces, unpleasant smell, and clear signs of neglect. The service is unprofessional, the facilities are poorly maintained, and the attitude towards guests is unacceptable. We strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs.

Das Rey Carlos liegt sehr günstig. Vom Flughafen aus mit den Buslinien 66 und 90 gut zu erreichen. Die Einkaufszentren CITA und Yumbo mit ihren Restaurants und Bars sind quasi ums Eck. Auch der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

El hotel, se puede apreciar que poco a poco va siendo un estilo moderno. Nos toco una habitacion renovada, limpia amplia y bastante comodas las camas, . Si tuviera que poner algo negativo, es probablemente, la poca variedad de comida del buffet.

Very hospitable staff who go the extra mile - had an issue with aircon and a maintenance guy came over as soon as possible. They then provided me with a temporary unit as the system took a while to regulate the room temp. Breakfast was very impressive too and my request for a quiet room was granted. I like superior rooms as it was more like an apartment so could cook there too if I wanted to and the hotel was very centrally located. Please thank your lovely staff

Muy amable el personal y el apartamento muy bonito, volveré..

Hatte das Superior Doppelzimmer für eine Woche hier. Und war für das 3 Sterne Hotel positiv überrascht. Moderne Ausstattung und sehr helles Apartment wurde mir zugeteilt. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war in Ordnung, große Auswahl. Alles in allem dem Preis angepasst. Ich werde wieder kommen

Ved ankomst fik jeg tildelt vær 424 som IKKE var rengjort, dette blev så byttet til værelse 109 som heller IKKE rengjort, begge værelser havde været brugt .. Fik så 424 tilbage nu “rengjort” nu brugeligt men stadig meget nusset og klamt gad ikke mere, så jeg måtte tage det som Det var . Receptionisten ( en ældre herre ) var tydeligvis bedøvende ligeglad .. Aldrig mere Rey Carlos

Estuvimos es la habitación 503 y nos encontramos con las sábanas llenas de cacas eso fue lo peor que nos ha pasado la limpieza deja mucho que desear sin embargo la comida estuvo buena

Appartement vetuste, pas de volet dans la chambre seulement un rideau transparent ! Réveillés très tôt tous les matins. Dans la chambre fenêtre coulissante qui ne se ferme pas et accessible depuis les toits extérieurs. Sentiment d'insécurité... Literie horrible mal dos récurrent. Une seule clé pour deux forcément pas commode... Seulement la piscine extérieur et infrastructure convenable.... C'est dommage :(

Très bon accueil dans cet hôtel, personnel chaleureux, piscine superbe, petit déjeuner copieux... Quant aux chambres, elles manquent un peu d'insonorisation mais sont empreintes d'un charme indéniable. Situation privilégiée à quelques mètres des transports en commun et du centre commercial CITA
