The hotel is very clean, and in a great location. I found the staff efficient and reactive to anything we needed. I would describe the staff as professionally friendly. I cant comment on parking, we took the bus, which I highly recommend. It was easily accessible right outside the hotel. Reading previous reviews I wasn't sure what to expect from the Food service, but I had a great experience. It was much better than I expected. If fact it was so good, I often preferred to eat at the hotel because the food was great. I think its a really challenging endeavor for the hotel because of how diverse the guests are. I found myself people watching what people ate for breakfast and it was a spectrum for sure. Dinner always had staple pizza (excellent), hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, and salad bar, and pasta. The person cooking always had fish, and rotated another option nightly (chicken fajitas, pork chop, grilled chicken, etc.) Then there was usually 2 different options on the buffet from the kitchen along with sides (rice, fries, potatoes, etc). I really enjoyed the mussels night, beef stew, and roasted pork. They also always had a different excellent paella every night. As a former vegan, it is not great for vegans. Again, I think they are trying to appease a diverse amount of ethic groups palates. Which is really hard to do. I found things a little underseasoned, but that is so subjective. Desserts were underwhelming, but I recommend taking an evening walk, and getting Gelato.
