중심가와는 좀 떨어져있지만 깨끗하고 넓은 숙소! 친절한 직원과 호텔 내의 서비스 모두 마음에 들어요!

우선 직원분들이 너무 친절하셨어요. 정말 친절! 그리고 도시랑 약간 먼거같지만 5분만 걸으몀 바로 지하철이고 근처에 현지 맛집도 많이 있습니다. 호텔정말 깔끔하고 욕조도 좋아요 굿입니다!

리셉션에 남자분 서비스가 특히 좋았어요. 큰 지도 펼쳐서 근처 관광지나 교통도 설명해주시고, 언제나 웃는 얼굴로 친절하셨어요. 룸 컨디션도 좋았고 욕조도 깨끗해 이용하기 좋았지만 둘째날 외출하면서 청소 요청하는 종이를 문고리에 걸어놓았는데 바람에 날렸는지 떨어져있었고, 청소도 안되는 바람에 타월을 따로 요청해야만 했었어요. 그래도 친절하게 가져다 주셔서 좋았습니다. 떠나는날 비가와서 공항까지 가는 길이 번거로웠고, 호텔 안내와는 달리 공항 셔틀버스를 운행하지 않는다고 해서 조금 당황했었어요.

괜찮았습니다 위치 빼고는 매우 맘에 들었는데 다니다 보니 위치도 괜찮더군요 호텔은 cozy 가 딱 맞을 정도입니다 조식은 기대했던 것 보다 훌륭했어요

가족 여러명이서 같이간 여행이라 방을 3개를 예약하고 그 중에 하나는 꼭대기 방으로 예약했었다. 어른분들이 좋아할 분위기는 아니고 젊은 층에서나 좋아할 분위기 였지만 크게 상관은 없었다. 객실 히터의 소음이 유난히 한 방에서 크게 나서 고쳐달라고 얘기를 했지만, 원래 그렇다고 하면서 이틀이 넘도록 아무런 대처를 안해줬다. 5박이나 해야해서 계속 요구를 하였지만 결국 2박이 지나서야 방을 옮겨줬다.... 조식도 기대 이하였다, 서비스는 괜찮았지만, 젊은 층을 위한 호텔일뿐... 위치도 별로이고... 한마디로 다음에 다시 묶으라고 하면 안갈것 같다.

조용한 휴가를 원한다면 추천할만해요.관광후 호텔에서 휴식후 다시나가기가 망설여져요.지하철은 까딸루냐광장까지10분정도 걸리고 자주다니지만근처에 상점이없고 레스토랑도 거의 없어요.동네도 근래에 지은것들이라서 별 특색이 없고 단지 호텔에서 제공하는 음료와물 등의서비스와 서재에 앉아서 휴식하는정도가 특색이겠네요.

We had a truly wonderful stay. Our family stayed for three nights, and it was such a comfortable and satisfying experience that we are sure to stay here again the next time we visit Barcelona. What we liked most were the interior design, the spacious rooms, the delicious breakfast, the garden, the tranquil neighborhood, and the warm hospitality. Another highlight for me was that the amenities were from Natura Bissé, one of my favorite brands. This hotel seems tailored for well-traveled, cultured guests with refined taste, and perhaps not ideal for those seeking something flashy. We noticed that we were the only Asian guests during our stay; while we never felt unwelcome, the overall impression was that this hotel appeals more to the European upper class. The property is not ostentatious but instead carefully curated with tasteful wallpapers, furniture, and décor—deserving to be called a small luxury hotel. While the breakfast spread was not extensive, the quality was excellent, and although the menu remained the same for all three mornings, we were still more than satisfied. Guests seemed to enjoy breakfast in a calm and relaxed atmosphere, without overfilling their plates. Tea options even included roasted Japanese hōjicha, and when ordering tea, it was charmingly served in a cast-iron teapot similar to nanbu-tekki. Lastly, the area is very safe, so even when we returned around 11 p.m. walked from a nearby restaurant, we never felt uneasy.

This hidden gem was just a short drive into the heart of the Barcelona City Center. They had unquestionably the best and most helpful front desk staff of any hotel in which I've ever stayed. They helped get tix we needed, arranged all our cab rides (including a 3:30 AM shuttle to the airport), and every restaurant recommendation they made was spot on. The room was very large and very comfortable. I would be hard pressed not to stay here again on any future trip to Barcelona.
