직원이 굉장히 친절하게 대해주었음

푸노 기온이 낮아 제법 추웠는데, 방 안에 자유롭게 쓸 수 있는 전기히터가 있어서 따뜻하게 잘 지냈습니다. 방과 욕실은 깔끔하고 침대도 편안했습니다. 아침식사는 과일과 햄, 치즈, 빵과 음료, 소세지, 달걀 스크럼블 등이 뷔페식으로 제공되어 평범하지만, 그 정도면 괜찮은 편이에요. 아르마스 광장 바로 곁이라 주변 지역 구경하거나 먹기에도 좋습니다. 호수에서 좀 멀지만, 우로스 섬이나 따낄레섬 등의 투어를 신청해서 오가는 경우가 대부분이라 호텔에서 바로 픽업해 가므로 별로 불편하진 않았습니다.

Very nice 3 star hotel. The staff was great. Buffet breakfast was also great. Hot water worked. Thr heater kept the room very warm. The only negative i have is the room is not soundproof. My room was on the 4th floor. I could here the dogs barked and people talki. But, overall, i was happy with my stay.

Clean room. Electric heater is a plus! Close to everything.

Comfortable beds, nice hot shower, great location. Noisy if room is facing the street.

Very convient location in Puno, hotel was clean, staff friendly.

Hotel is centrally located to the main square and Lake Titicaca. Room and bed were comfortable. Bathroom outdated, dark and could use a renovation. Breakfast had the basics.

Nice little hotel right in the city center . Room is quiet spacious and has a very comfortable bed . Overall clean . Breakfast is basic but all right . We were able to check out a bit later so that was very nice . Overall good option for 2-4 days.

Good location. Superior room wasn’t the one shown in pictures with nice windows. Clean. Helpful staff.

If you intend to stay here suggest you ask the non 24 hour reception how you exit the property should there be an emergency. Front door entrance locked and bolted when we got up at 3.am. Same for restaurant exit. It’s probably VFM but wouldn’t return. Pictures of locked gate if needed.

i didn’t like the breakfast ,it was so simple for the hotel price.

Very well located in Puno, however the view and the noise weren’t the best. The room itself was large and had everything needed. Bathroom a little dated, but great value for 1 night. Breakfast was very good and variety of choice.

Over all is a good hotel, sit in a busy street, close to central plaza. Service is good and staff are nice and friendly. But breakfast is lacking and not fast enough to serve.

Close to everything, very clean and staff were wonderful.

Property did not have accessible bathrooms for people with dissabilities.

Centrally located hotel with a very short walk to the Cathedral and some great restaurants (Mojsa!) Breakfast is very good.
