Staff were very friendly. The restaurant has good food. The hotel is outdated and rundown. When we booked the room, it said our beds would be in a separate room from the tv/sitting area. We liked this option as we have young kids with early bed times. When we showed up, it was all one room. Our patio door handle was broken, the bathtub was clogged and there was hair in the tub. The tv is static. The scan card into the room was faulty (hard to open door). The alarm clocks were not set. The shower area in the pool was dirty.

Very old and run down. Needs an upgrade. Breakfast was good.

Wasn’t the cleanest place, pool area was pretty gross.

Gorgeous scenery

Not a bad property overall but could use a little help in the upkeep department. The TV was not good the bathroom was not the cleanest the bath fan was noisy and didn’t work well. On the other hand the free breakfast was excellent!!! All in all not worth the high price paid for a room.

Great staff

Quiet rooms, attached restaurant very handy and extensive menu, our food was great. Complimentary breakfast was also good.

Hotel was convenient to our stay and ski at Kicking Horse.

There was no hot water and the heater in the room did not work. The hot tub was not hot. Lots of construction.

Beautiful spot

Check in guy was great. Rooms are really dated. Tv didn’t really work. All the channels were fuzzy. The bathroom taps had green algae in them and the caulking was moldy The positives were the breakfast was good and we had pizza at the restaurant and it was really good

The staff both at the front desk and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Great food. Our room is comfy, clean, and quiet. The pool was incredible with a slide, hot tub and sauna.
