The access to the lobby can be more "friendly", it can be hard for those who have big luggage, a ramp might ease the pain. The hot shower was not functioning, tried call front desk but the phone was not working. We had to walk all the way back to the receptionist to inform as our room was located at the very end. They should have checked the room condition before guests move in.
