창문으로 마테호른이 보이는 호텔입니다. 친절하고 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 체르마트 역에서 5분정도 마을 구경하면서 가면 바로 찾을수있고 산으로 둘러싸여 전망 진짜 좋습니다. 나무로 되어서 냄새또한 너무 좋습니다. 강추입니다.

I booked 1 adults 180.5 CFH per 1night and brought my wife and 2 kids. then they asked extra charge 218CHF. Pls make sure this one when you book.

역에서 멀지 않고 전체적으로 좋아요 사우나와 수영장도 이용할 수 있어 좋습니다

Overall this is a nice hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very clean. I would say the hotel is in excellent condition. The main issue we had was with loud neighbors. Children in the stairwells and people above us jumping around until midnight prevented us from sleep. The staff was not willing to help when we told them of the issue. I also did not enjoy seeing the man I assume was the owner barking at the man helping him with his luggage.

This is hands down one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The breakfast buffet is epic and the spa is very well appointed with multiple pools and sauna options. Our room was also impressive with modern and comfortable amenities capped off by a view of the Matterhorn!

Staff did nice job keeping room and all areas clean

This hotel is top notch in all aspects. Staff is awesome, helpful and friendly. Spa is off the charts wonderful. Location is close to the train station and a short walk to the heart of town. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Such a great view of the Mattehorn mountain, specially at sun rise. Very friendly staff. Good location. Everything was spot on.

Overall a great property with admirable rooms. The front desk can do a better job. At present the front desk fails miserably in comparison to their peers in Holiday Inns and Marriott hotels in their interaction with their guests !!! Overall a great stay with a nice breakfast.

J'ai pu sejourner à nouveau à la ginabelle, le renouveau est spéctaculaire. L'espace SPA est trés réussi avec beaucoup d'espaces et de l'entimyté. Le restaurant est de trés bonne qualité et le buffet du déjeuner trés bien préparé avec mention spéciale pour la Egg Station que même sous énorme pression arrive a délivrer des superbes plats trés rapidement.. la chambre rénové trés fonctionelle. Bonne couverture de chaines internationales et chaines interne de Zermatt Info en canal 1. Bonne expérience et hôtel à revisiter!

We had a fantastic stay at Resort La Ginabelle. The location is excellent — just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The complimentary shuttle to and from Zermatt station was a great convenience. The staff were consistently warm and helpful — from reception to housekeeping to the breakfast team. Housekeeping made sure our room was always spotless, especially while we were out. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide selection to start the day right. A lovely bonus was the kids’ room, which our toddler really enjoyed. It made our stay even more family-friendly. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming base in Zermatt.
